“Ich habe zum wiederholten Male in diesem Hotel meinen Urlaub verbracht. Es ist ein außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel, super Lage, und sehr, sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und bietet für alle Geschmäcker ein ausreichendes Angebot. Ich war schon immer begeistert von diesem Hotel, nun wurde im Winter auch noch ein Großteil des Hotels renoviert, inklusive der Poolanlage. Das hat den Aufenthalt noch mehr zu einem Erlebnis werden lassen. Eine absolute Empfehlung und ich komme garantiert wieder. Rüdiger Beyer”

“Tout d'abord je tiens à remercier l'ensemble de l'équipe du Blue sea beach pour son professionnalisme (je ne me souviens pas de tous les noms, je m'en excuse par avance). Nous avons effectué un séjour d'une semaine en all exclusive avec ma soeur et son enfant. À l'arrivée le manager nous a tout expliqué en français, on nous a également offert des serviettes chaudes ainsi qu'une coupe de champagne. Ils ont apporté nos valises directement dans nos chambres tout en nous faisant le tour du propriétaire. Étant donné que nous sommes arrivées début mai, les installations ainsi que les divertissements se mettaient en place petit à petit. Tout le personnel est très agréable et ravis de vous apporter son aide. Niveau restauration, nous étions satisfaites, les repas étaient variés. Alors bien sûr au début le personnel du restaurant avaient plus de temps à nous accorder (concernant les boissons notamment) mais avec l'arrivée des autres vacanciers ils étaient plus débordés et attirer leur attention était plus compliqué. Je ne leur en tient pas rigueur, car en faisant un petit signe ils venaient tout de même. Et puis profiter d'un repas tout en ayant vu sur la mer il n'y a rien de mieux. Il y a deux autres restaurants disponibles à la carte si vous voulez tester autre chose. La dame du Spa était adorable, elle a nous a directement mises à l'aise et nous avons pu profiter au calme de la piscine intérieure qui est chauffée. On nous fournis des serviettes pour le spa et la plage. Le personnel du bar(principal et celui de la piscine) est super et maîtrise leur art. Mention spéciale à Kostas et Billy/Vasilis qui font de superbes boissons dans la joie et la bonne humeur. Le DJ ajoutait une touche d'ambiance qui rendaient les soirées plus qu'agréables. Pour la plage, rien à redire il y a des transats pour vous poser et la plage est juste en face. Sinon vous avez également des transats autour de la piscine et celle-ci est très belle. Attention tout le monde en profite dès que le soleil est dehors pour bronzer! Niveau logement, le nôtre était rénové avec accès jardin. Maintenant quelques petits points négatifs : la télé ne fonctionnait pas.. on a peut être pu en profiter que deux fois. La connexion n'était pas stable. Autre point négatif... les FOURMIS. Tellement de fourmis qui s'infiltrent par les moindres trous qu'elles trouvent 😭. C'est quelque chose à prendre en compte si vous prenez une chambre avec jardin. Ne laissez aucune nourriture traîner ! Ou vous serez envahis. Par contre rien à redire sur le ménage de la chambre, toujours bien fait. Efficaces comme pas possible. Pour une première expérience en Crète on ne pouvait pas choisir un meilleur hôtel. Nous choisirons absolument cet hôtel de nouveau dans le futur. I don't hold it against them, though, because with a little gesture, they still came to assist us. And enjoying a meal with a sea view is simply the best. There are two other à la carte restaurants if you'd like to try something different. The spa attendant was lovely; she immediately made us feel at ease, and we were able to enjoy the heated indoor pool in peace and quiet. Towels are provided for the spa and the beach. The bar staff (both the main bar and the pool bar) are fantastic and truly skilled. Special mention goes to Kostas and Billy/Vasilis, who make superb drinks with such a cheerful and friendly atmosphere. The DJ added a touch of ambiance that made the evenings even more enjoyable. As for the beach, it's perfect: there are sun loungers to relax on, and the beach is right across the street. There are also sun loungers around the pool, which is beautiful. Be warned, everyone takes advantage of it as soon as the sun comes out to sunbathe! Our accommodation was renovated and had garden access. Now for a few minor drawbacks: the TV wasn't working... we only managed to use it twice. The internet connection wasn't stable. Another negative point... the ANTS. So many ants getting in through every little hole they could find 😭. This is something to consider if you book a room with a garden. Don't leave any food lying around! Or you'll be overrun. On the other hand, the room cleaning was impeccable, always done well. They were incredibly efficient. For our first experience in Crete, we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. “Beautiful setting and the rooms are nice. The pool area and bar ( which also serves food).is great and the beach is across the small.road which is handy. Overall a good stay spoilt by the bar staff .”

La chambre était propre, confortable, et la vue sur mer était vraiment magnifique, un vrai plus dès le réveil. L’emplacement est très agréable, avec plusieurs activités à faire juste à côté : location de voiture, quad, sorties et balades. Il y a aussi un arrêt de bus juste en face, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer facilement. Le buffet était varié et délicieux, avec du choix pour tous les goûts. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le kids club, idéal pour les enfants, qui leur permet de s’amuser pendant que les parents profitent un peu.
