“A good hotel. The location is convenient—shops, restaurants, a bank, and other amenities are all within walking distance. The room was clean and dry. The only downside was that the room lacked a coffee machine, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. We booked the hotel together with our tickets to Germany, which was a mistake; we really should have booked directly through their official website, as the photos shown there were completely different. Overall, the hotel is decent; the staff are wonderful people—polite and always ready to assist. Housekeeping is provided daily. The staff members speak multiple languages; we happened to have a housekeeper who spoke four languages, which was very convenient.
