“The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We bought the tickets through Costco Travel and we are so glad we did. The staff is impeccable: warm, knowledgeable and relaxed even while they are working hard. Airam, Tomas and Paul helped us with connecting to internet on the television, getting tickets to Monet and then Matisse exhibits, recommending great restaurants: Moulin de la Gallete and Cafe du Commerce. In the Villa Marquis restaurant, Eduardo, Ludevin and Jason were attentive, professional and kind. Also other people - at reception and in the restaurant - whose names I do not know. The woman who cleaned our room did an incredible job, too. Alvaro was friendly and very helpful as we entered the building and as we left...Staff was very courteous to one another too.
