“I wanted to say thank you to the young woman with light colored eyes at the front desk. I was traveling back to Florida and had a small Spanish vocabulary. She spoke amazing English and made sure that my check in to the hotel was effortlessly beautiful. I wish I knew her name to give her the thanks and for the company to recognize her.
