“Well, We are now at Hotel Ohla Eixample in Barcelona and the difference between Bilbao Melia and Ohla is stark and definite. Melia: loose toilet seat, malfunctioning elevator, dangerous / confusing garage, hard to locate self checkin, good breakfast but malfunctioning coffee machines, spotty housekeeping services, sheets in bed dislodged if you looked at them wrong. “Estuvimos en el hotel del 24 al 26 de abril en la habitación 603. El mismo día de marchar, reservamos telefónicamente la misma habitación para el 12 de agosto haciendo hincapié en que queríamos esa habitación en concreto, ya que estaba libre. Es la única Junior Suite con terraza y es mucho más grande que la habitación que nos dieron (habitación 203), que es mucho más pequeña. Hablamos con Zigor en recepción y nos informó de que estaba ocupada. Me quedé con cara de idiota después de recorrer más de 300 km para no tener la habitación que habíamos reservado. El servicio Level está muy bien, pero en hora punta no hay distinción en la cola del desayuno. Zigor se portó muy bien con nosotros, aunque no pudo solucionar el tema de la habitación. A él le daría 10 estrellas por su trato y amabilidad.”
