Oh boy what a place! This has easily become one of my favorite hotels. I stayed in the Beach House Suite, a spacious 65m² room with a separate living area. They provided beach towels, outdoor mats, some treats, and a mini-fridge stocked with beers, soft drinks, and water. The best part? The beach was just 50 meters away, making it super easy to walk right out to the shore! The area is filled with restaurants and shops, so there’s always something to do. I’ve stayed at a nearby property with an infinity rooftop pool before, but I found this hotel even more welcoming and absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back! As usual the Melia staff are always so hospitable, with the warm spirit of Mallorca shining through. Although the building’s exterior is a bit old and not perfectly renovated, don’t let that discourage you—the rooms and restaurants are nothing short of amazing!

Also wir waren Ende September 10 Tage in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten ein super schönes Zimmer ( Junior Suite mit Meerblick). Das Apartment war total modern, wir hatten 2 Zimmer ein Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, einen Barbereich mit Minibar (wird täglich kostenfrei aufgefüllt) und einer Cup Kaffeemaschine. Ein rießen Schlafbereich wo man vom Bett aus aufs Meer blicken konnten. Zu guter letzt ein Balkon der den Blick aufs Meer und Strand zu einem besonderen Highlight macht. Das Personal ist jung und war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereich. Die Putzfee "Diana" war total aufmerksam hat auch einen kleinen Sonderwunsch (Extra Handtücher) erfüllt und hat das Zimmer immer sehr sehr sehr sauber gemacht! Zum Hotel gibt es einen kostenlosen Infinity Pool um ihn herum sind XXL Liegen die kostenpflichtig sind. Es gibt aber genügend kostenlose Einzelliegen mit Schirm und Tisch die einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und Strand haben. Reservierungen von Liegen haben wir nicht bekommen. Allerdings finde ich es schade das es keine Übersicht gibt wo genau drin steht was kostenfrei und kostenpflichtig ist. Das muss ich als Kritik äußern. Zum Beispiel ist der Adults Only Pool Extern vergeben und die Nutzung von diesem sowie die Liegen kostenpflichtig. Leider sind wir unschön mit einem Mitarbeiter von dort kollidiert. Weil von der Rezeption und dem externer Anbieter unterschiedliche Aussagen gab. Und die zum Teil täglich wechselten. (Ein Tag nur Cocktail pro Person, 10 Euro pro Person, 20 Euro Person) Da wäre eine Preistransparenz wünschenswert! Das hat uns etwas geärgert, da wäre zu überlegen das man für die Hotelgäste die erkenntlich sind, Rabatte gewährt oder halt besser informiert. Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen. Das Essen war frisch die Auswahl war groß und abwechslungsreich. Das Frühstück war International und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Auch hier war das Personal fink, sauber und Freundlich. Allerdings auch hier ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, das "warme " Essen war meist kalt bis lauwarm was echt schade war, weil es echt lecker war auch die Pizza wurde im Steinofen gebacken. Wir haben es auch dem Manager mitgeteilt. Er hat sofort uns Lösungen angeboten, wir hätten stornieren können oder wir können die Mikrowelle benutzen. Das Problem ist bekannt aber selbst mit Deckel oder Lampen bleibt das Essen nicht warm. Sie sind an Lösungen dran aber das wird erst in der nächsten Saison geklärt. Denn die Platten die vorhanden sind, sind nicht fürs Warmhalten geeignet. Wir haben uns für die Mikrowelle entschieden, selbst nach 30sek war es super heiß und auch nicht pappig, Pizza super knusprig. Wir hoffen das Sie das Wärmeproblem lösen können da das Essen wirklich gut ist. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt haben wir noch. Unsere Tür war leider nicht ganz dicht. Die Folge war das wir in der Nacht durchaus vom Lärm im Flur und auch vor dem Hotel geweckt worden sind, denn das Hotel liegt direkt im Strip von Magaluf (Partyviertel). Wir wussten es und hatten uns entsprechend mit Ohrstöpsel eingerichtet. Aber ich glaube wenn die Türen Lärmdichter wären, wäre nichts auszusetzen denn die Fenster waren ebenfalls Lärmschutzfenster und man hat nichts gehört. Die Klimaanlage ging bei uns einwandfrei. Fazit: Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Wir konnten uns sehr gut entspannen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Klar gibt es ein paar Stellen, die geändert werden sollten um das Hotel komplett perfekt zu machen. Wir danken für den schönen Aufenthalt und empfehlen es gerne weiter!

My stay at the hotel was very nice. Generally, I liked everything about the hotel, and I don’t really have any big negatives to mention. The hotel is located a little away from Palma city, in a cute little village. You’d want to stay at this place if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation near the beach and enjoy nature. There are a few nightclubs and bars in the village for some fun and partying, but overall, I found the area pretty quiet. If you need to get to Palma, you can take a bus - the bus station is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and it takes around 40 minutes to get to Palma, depending on traffic, which can be heavy at times, making the trip closer to an hour. I also used Uber a few times, and one-way rides cost between €19-28, depending on the time of day, traffic, and the part of Palma you’re heading to. The hotel is located right next to the beach. It has a very nice rooftop area on the lobby level (2nd floor if I remember correctly) with a swimming pool and plenty of sun chairs. There’s also a bar next to the pool for drinks. My check-in process was easy and smooth. Before arrival, I requested a room on a high floor with a nice view, and I got exactly what I wanted. Plus, I was allowed to check in early, around 1 p.m. My Loft Junior Suite with Sea View (#521) was very nice and modern looking - I absolutely loved its design. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the furniture was in great condition. I loved the big balcony windows that let in plenty of daylight. Having a small balcony was a plus - I enjoyed sitting out there and admiring the beautiful sea view. The hotel provided beach amenities like a beach mattress and towels, and I absolutely loved the cute, comfortable slippers they provided as well. Having a small kitchen was another plus. It had all the necessary amenities, and the refrigerator was pretty big, fitting a lot of stuff inside. The closet was a bit small, and I didn’t really like its location in the kitchen corner. The bed (two Queen beds together) was comfortable, but the sofa was hard and awful - I didn’t even like sitting on it for long periods. The bathroom was quite big, and I liked its design a lot. The bathroom amenities were of very good quality. But I must mention that the water pressure in the shower and toilet wasn’t very strong. The Wi-Fi worked well in my room, but I had a weak connection in many other parts of the hotel. As for the downsides, the biggest issue for me was the annoying housekeeping staff who came into my room once, even though I had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on. Their excuse was that they needed to change the table on the balcony, but I ended up with the exact same table. Weird! Another annoyance was some kind of furniture moving or renovation work happening during my stay. Every day workers were using the elevators to move things, which meant the elevators were full, and I had to wait a long time to get one. A few times, I had to take the stairs instead. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very nice to me and gave me an extra 2 hours for a late check-out at no charge. For my 5-night stay, I paid €679, which is €136 per night. I find this price reasonable for the overall high quality of the hotel. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay not too far from Palma and are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

This is a fantasico hotel!

Just stayed here for a stag do. I booked one of the front sea view loft rooms, and it was really nice. I have stayed in one Innside hotel before in Manchester, and they are pretty similar. However this one has an amazing view of the beach and the pool and the surf machine. The beds were great too. And they stocked up my complimentary mini bar daily. Only 2 beers mind you. This hotel had all the facilities you could need, gym, pools etc, although I didnt use any of them. The wave surfing machine was included in the price I think. But I never actually found out officially. Everywhere was clean. There are a couple of pool bars, one at the lower lagoon pool, and the other by the upper pool, which also covers the reception area. The location is perfect for magaluf. Out of the front door, and you're literally opposite BCM square and hence at the bottom end of the strip. So a perfect place to start a night out. The only real issues I found if I had to complain were, the breakfast was pretty cold. I only had it 2 of the days, and ate out all the others. And there was no bottle opener in the room... although the mini bar did contain bottled drinks that needed one. Strange. Otherwise a great stay, and would come again without hesitation. I never really needed much interaction with the staff, as all the services went well.
