The team make the whole experience perfect.
We were greeted by Bryan who was so welcoming, gave us a tasty welcome drink, and directed us to Carlos who took the time to run through everything we needed to know about our home for the week.
Fantastic first impressions of the friendly staff and beautiful hotel already.
We had a bottle of bubbly on ice on arrival to our room. This was a lovely gesture, and as we don't drink alcohol, were going to leave it unopened and say nothing.
The next day we received a call from Milena who had heard us ask if the welcome drinks were alcohol free, and asked if we would like some bubbly that suits our preferences.
This attention to detail was such a lovely thing to experience, and that was just the beginning of the impeccable service we experienced from Milena.
I'm vegan and this was also picked up by Milena.
Milena worked with the kitchen and ensured I had everything I needed.
Chef Luis greeted me at the restaurant most days and showed me what foods were suitable, and even ammended dishes so I could eat them too.
The food was so good!
Theo is a lovely person and always made sure we were ok and checked in on us regularly. He made us feel so welcome and like we were visiting family.
We felt so cared for, so included, and I want to express my gratitude for an amazing experience and service like no other.
There are so many of the team that deserve a mention, I just don't have that great a memory to listen them all!”

“While there is an effort to maintain a high standard at "The Reserve," the actual performance falls short of expectations. The staff in the breakfast room at "The Reserve" are very inattentive. Tables are not cleared, which leads to waiting times. They fail to notice when cups or cutlery are missing—everything is just very, very slow. The exclusive pool is fantastic, but the restaurants are always fully booked. The room offers a lovely view of the sea and the surrounding hotel complexes, though it is a bit too small but the bed is very big and comfy. The hotel itself is showing its age, though it has been nicely spruced up, and the landscaping throughout the property is wonderful.
All in all, the price-to-value ratio is not right.”

“Un auténtico descubrimiento: José, de Meliá Circle. 💙
Durante nuestra estancia en Lanzarote, Paco y yo hemos tenido la suerte de conocer a José, que nos presentó el programa Meliá Circle. Y la verdad es que ha sido uno de esos encuentros que merece la pena compartir.
Lo que inicialmente iba a ser una presentación comercial terminó convirtiéndose en una conversación de lo más agradable, cercana y enriquecedora. José nos explicó el programa con una profesionalidad extraordinaria, resolviendo nuestras dudas, escuchando nuestras inquietudes y, sobre todo, interesándose por nosotros y por nuestra manera de entender los viajes.
Y ahí está, precisamente, lo que más nos ha gustado de él: en ningún momento sentimos que estábamos delante de alguien que simplemente quería vendernos algo. Nos sentimos escuchados, respetados y tratados con una cercanía tan natural que, por momentos, parecía que estábamos charlando con un amigo.
Aunque hemos decidido que ahora mismo no es nuestro momento para incorporarnos a Circle, José ha conseguido algo que nos parece mucho más importante que una venta inmediata: descubrirnos un mundo de posibilidades que desconocíamos y que, quién sabe, quizá algún día podamos hacer realidad.
Nos vamos con una magnífica impresión del programa, pero, sobre todo, con el recuerdo de la persona que nos lo presentó.
Creo que las empresas deberían valorar especialmente a profesionales como José, capaces de generar confianza, transmitir ilusión y construir una relación con el cliente que va mucho más allá de una decisión comercial.
Gracias, José, por tu tiempo, tu paciencia, tu cercanía y tu manera de hacer las cosas. Ha sido un verdadero placer conocerte.
Circle tendrá muchas cosas interesantes que ofrecer, pero contar con personas como tú es, sin duda, uno de sus mayores valores.
