Queremos agradecer especialmente al personal de la zona The Reserve. El gran equipo liderado por Chole de Gex es excepcional. África y María han sido maravillosas, siempre atentas, profesionales y cercanas, haciendo que cada momento fuera especial. La experiencia en la piscina no habría sido lo mismo sin Jonathan, cuyo trato y dedicación han sido impecables. “We literally fell in love with this place — it’s honestly one of the best Meliá hotels we’ve ever been to. The smiling, genuinely friendly team made our stay even more special. You are true stars 🤩🤙🏻 Our room was fabulous, with an incredible ocean view and beautiful palm trees — it felt like a dream. It was definitely a five-star experience and worth every penny. What made it even more impressive was how every single department checked on us with a smile and that classic Meliá warmth. I’m part of the Meliá team myself, so I know the standards — and you absolutely exceeded them. It was magnificent. And of course, special mention to the real heroes behind the scenes — the chefs. Every single dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The cocktails and mocktails were fabulous too — creative, refreshing, and perfectly made.”

“Hebben met volle teugen genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het personeel was professioneel en zeer vriendelijk. De buffetten waren van uitstekende kwaliteit en zeer gevarieerd. Ruime keuze van internationale dranken in de bars. De kamer was ruim en de hygiëne was top. “Beautiful hotel. The hotel is in the perfect location on the beach front and certainly lives up to its 5 star rating. There are two pool areas with one being for premier guests. The smaller pool area is nice and relaxed with its own pool bar and private lounge. The hotel was always spotless and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable with a very large comfortable bed and a nice power shower in a large bathroom. They are investing a lot of money in the Costa Teguise sea front with many new stylish shops and restaurants. Hopefully we will return in the near future.”

“No soy mucho de escribir reseñas pero cuando algo ha merecido la pena creo que se debe de decir. Estuve una semana con mi familia y no puedo estar más contenta. No solo por la comida que fue fantástica ya que tenían gran variedad de restaurantes y a cual mejor. Pero la comida al fin y al cabo en un buen hotel siempre es buena. Lo que merece la pena destacar si o si de este resort es el equipo de entretenimiento. Creo que son los que de verdad hacen que esta experiencia sea inolvidable y súper divertida. Cada día tienen gran variedad de actividades y son súper simpáticos y atentos. Me gustaría dar las gracias en especial a Soraya, Raquel, Barbara, Joana, Clara, Blen, María, Erasmo, Victor y Armand porque sin ellos estas vacaciones hubieran sido una más y gracias a ellos han hecho mis vacaciones con mi familia INOLVIDABLES.”

We felt like a prince & princes! Such professional and kindest people every day and everywhere in hotel; one big family! It made us feel very special. “This was our second visit to this hotel and we chose to spend a little more and book a Reserve package. We could not fault our holiday, the staff, the room, the bars and restaurants were all of top quality - so we will definitely be back. However our experience on arrival to the hotel left a lot to be desired. First, our Private Transfer could not find any staff to welcome us and take our luggage; Second; because we'd been before we managed to find the Reserve Reception ourselves but when we got there there was one gentleman (not Reserve Staff) who told us that all staff were in a meeting and not available. He was able to book us in, put our armbands on and then flog us an upgrade to a Garden Villa which we were not interested in. No other information was offered (not even the important App - he didn't seem to know how to do it) other than there would be someone to take us to our room and to wait in the lounge. A young lady arrived and took us to our room and told us that it was her last day. I am told by others that had a 'proper welcome' that free trips and other offers were made available. The Reserve Reception experience was the only thing that let this holiday down especially as you pay extra for it.”

“February 2026 A fabulous week spent at the Paradisus in Lanzorote. The hotel is a spectacular piece of art with a feel of luxury. However it’s the wonderful team of people working hard to make your holiday so special, who are the true stars. A warm welcome from Carina and Estefi from the Reserve set the tone for the holiday, they were so helpful throughout our stay. The team from the Ginger bar worked hard keeping our glasses topped up. The restaurants delivered wonderful service. We returned home to rebook for a week in October within 2 days! Can’t wait to return to our piece of paradise!”

“Buongiorno a tutti i lettori! Soggiorno eccellente al Paradisus Salinas! La piscina esterna è ampia e curata, perfetta per rilassarsi, e la zona spa al piano inferiore è ben organizzata. I ristoranti interni offrono piatti locali e internazionali di qualità, e consiglio il ristorante fronte mare “La Graciosa” con tapas di pesce squisite. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, la struttura è ideale per un soggiorno tranquillo e rigenerante. Dispone inoltre di parcheggio privato, molto comodo per chi arriva in auto. Tornerò sicuramente! Un saluto a tutti i lettori!”

“Muy buen hotel, la cadena Meliá me encanta, en Meliá paradisus me ha encantado el equipo de animación,los cocineros, camareros, limpieza etc, encantadores todos, te hacen sentir en casa, en el Spa Lana me hizo masaje, un encanto de terapeuta, su dulzura hizo que el masaje fuera aun mejor, quiero recordar a Javier, Rocío, Montaña, alfio y a todos los del servicio de comedor, siempre atentos y amables, hemos estado muy agusto, los espectaculos de la noche muy bien, cada dia diferente. Me a faltado poder ir a comer al mediodia al Capela o al Samira sin previo aviso, la Graciosa muy bien al mediodia con diferentes tapas, las pizzas deberian mejorar la base, el buffet muy variado y de calidad, carnes de todas, y pescado tambien, los postres muy variados y abundantes, en general muy bien, sin duda lo recomiendo.”

“Excellent resort hotel. Superb architectural design, plus every room has a view of the resort/ocean. Stunning swimming pool area. Plenty of food & drink, with 4 restaurants to choose from, plus a large bar area & pool bar. There is entertainment every evening, and various activities during the day. The staff are extremely friendly & efficient. The coastal walks around the hotel are very pleasant, which are definitely needed after the amount of food we ate 😃. Would highly recommend Paradisus Salinas for a relaxing holiday.”
