“I stayed here after my booking being moved from the Melia in Santa Eulalia due to them being closed during some of my booked dates. The hotel is lovely, the team are an absolute delight, staying for 10 nights, I got to know some of them well as I saw them for breakfast and dinner every day (I was on a half board basis). Things that I would have liked but are not in place 1) adults only, i booked the melia for this reason, the ME is not adults only. 2) a wider restaurant menu. Being there 10 nights and half board, after only a couple of days it felt repetitive. 3) the distance from Santa Eulalia for me was not ideal, i was attending a training course in Santa Eulalia, which would have been a 10 minute walk from the melia, from ME it was 55 minutes. The spa is wonderful, i went twice for massage treatments, and i loved using the sauna a few times. Overall i had an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a 5 star stay in a quiet area of ibiza with beautiful views.”

“Third time this year at this wonderful hotel! 3 short breaks, same excellent service - 5 stars and more! Perfect size hotel, delicious breakfast and dinner, very clean, lovely pools, and exceptionally warm welcome. Really like the late breakfast until 11.30am, the Pilates and yoga (gravity yoga was a first, thanks Leah), the Thai spa (Grace was phenomenal), and the bar area with views out across the bay, especially at sunset. Last time, I rented a car and travelled around the island and took taxis elsewhere, and also paddleboarded out of Asciano Surf School just up from the hotel; this time I took the electric bike to Cala Llenya (beautifully clear water and more sheltered). Shout-outs for Trini at breakfast, Patricia and Martina at Origins, Irene front of house, and the biggest one for Chiara (in charge of guest experience - best ever). Highly recommend!”

“I had a wonderful trip to ME Ibiza in May. Our four days at the hotel were peaceful and just what I needed to reset. This experience was made much better by the wonderful staff, but especially LUCIA who made our stay extra special. She is a gem and went above and beyond for me and my friend! The lower pool is incredibly calm, so beautiful and right on the sea. There is a wonderful breakfast in the a.m..for a mid afternoon snack the pool food was super fresh and tasty. We were there right before the season officially started so only one restaurant was open in the evening, the menu was pretty limited so we did not eat there. This is in a quieter area of Ibiza and that was perfect for us because if we wanted the action, we could take a taxi that the hotel called for us. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle, but have easy access to all Ibiza has to offer. I dream of going back to enjoy the beautiful pool, and wonderful staff. I wasn’t a fan of the closet set up, because there really is no closet, but more of an open concept shelving system that separates the bed area from the bathroom. Otherwise, our room was super comfortable, and this would not deter me from staying in the future! Note you have to pay/reserve upper deck sunbeds at the rooftop pool but lower pool seating is first come first serve. We never had an issue! Plenty of sun!”

Do I have to call reception after my business to have the toilet cleaned? Furthermore, there is no exhaust air in the toilet. Wir mochten die Musik - aber wenn man entspannen will - ist es nicht der beste Ort. Parkplatz ist ca. 100 Meter kostenfrei für Gäste. Es gibt Valet-Parking👍🏻 Frühstück: Highlight!! Tolles Auswahl - überragend! Tolle Qualität der Speisen. Nur der Café ist mäßig. Es gibt Tische zum Frühstück direkt am Pool. Komisch: am ersten Morgen haben wir einen solchen Tisch bekommen - am 3. Tag nicht - obwohl zwei Tische frei waren. Das Hotelrestaurant hat einen tollen Service und eine Hohe Qualität der Speisen!👍🏻 Zimmer: Für uns der einzige Grund warum wir eine 3,5 Sterne Bewertung geben👎🏻 Wir kamen zum Check in auf 19:00 Uhr. Scheinbar waren alle Räume unserer Kategorie bereits vergeben - somit sagte man uns: „Wir haben nur noch das kleinste Zimmer Ihrer Kategorie frei“ „Aber wir können Ihnen ein Upgrade geben - für 700€ pro Nacht“ „Weil Sie Melia Member sind und hier bereits stehen - reduzieren wir auf €300 pro Nacht“ Nein Danke! Aber um fair zu sein - einen Anspruch gibt es dafür natürlich nicht. Wir hatten somit den Raum 111 im ersten Stock Direkt über dem Hoteleingang - dort wo auch die Taxis halten und spät Abends die Gäste nach Abendessen und Party aussteigen 👏🏻 Die Schallisolierung des Hotels verdient 0,0 von 5,0 Sternen.👎🏻 Die Zimmertür hat so breite Spaltmaße, das man ein IPhone hindurchschieben kann😅 Man hört alles!!!! Wenn das Nebenzimmer duschen geht - ging bei uns die Dusche an. 3 mal ging bei uns Nachts einfach der TV an - Sorry aber dies ist ein Alptraum 👎🏻 Gehört es zum 5Sterne Level - dass es keine Toiletten Bürste gibt? Muss ich nach meinem Geschäft die Rezeption anrufen - damit man die Toilette saubermacht? Ferner gibt es keine Abluft auf dem WC. Somit stinkt es stundenlang nach dem Geschäft!!!🥴 Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.”

Had I known what the hotel was like I wouldn’t have booked it, however being part of a party to celebrate a wedding I chose to stay in the venue hosting the reception. Thinking it was 5* - Yes the location is beautiful and the accommodation is adequate. The bed is very comfortable and pillows are excellent. The room is clean. My maid is lovely and takes great care to keep the room spotless, and be unobtrusive. However the hotel description of “True relaxation and unrivalled peace” is somewhat of a contradiction to the constant boom boom of the music played throughout the hotel almost incessantly, and is not to my taste at all. Even in my room I can hear it. Dinner tonight was an ordeal. The food was good, excellent in fact, but because it had rained the dining room was busy. We were seated on a table in the reception area. That wasn’t the problem the music was. All throughout dinner we were trying to talk above the noise of the ‘Ibiza’ club music playing so loud conversation was fragmented and neigh on impossible. This is the type of music played all day long around the pool in the bar and throughout the hotel in general - but for gods sake! Give it a rest throughout dinner service! The last straw was when at 11.00pm one of the staff asked us to be quiet, as because we were in reception the noise would travel upstairs! Well sorry! Your staff are making more noise than we were. I have made a mistake staying here, and I am booked in till Tuesday - however I am seriously considering checking out Sunday morning after the wedding ! If you prefer the elegance of the One and Only, Dubai, the Hyatt Park Beever Creek, The Meydan, The Churchill, London, Sandy Lane, etc you will not like this hotel.”

An example of the service: Hotel guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool with trash/small items around 6-7 in the morning (picture attached) and hadn’t arrived at the pool even by 2 PM. Algo que se debería controlar serían los accesos al hotel ya que podías entrar al hotel por los accesos de la playa sin control ninguno, podrían poner una puerta que necesite la llave de la habitación o algo así para abrirla ya que si no puede pasar todo el mundo.El hotel está bien , muy saturado de gente pero si querías evadirte de toda la gente que había podías bajar a su espectacular playa de aguas cristalinas en la que podías tener la paz y tranquilidad que a veces no tenías en el hotel . Volvería pero en temporada baja.”
