El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado. Recién renovado y con el mejor servicio que hemos podido experimentar. Más allá de cuantificar lo excelente que han sido el detalle por todas las cosas, quiero destacar el gran equipo humano detrás de tantos departamentos. El equipo de animación es excelente, muchas gracias a Sara, Itahisa Alba y a todos los chicos y chicas que se preocupan tanto por los peques. En restaurante nos hemos encontrado personas maravillosas muy dedicadas, Giovanny Barman de noche es una persona maravillosa que tenía mi café (y mi segundo café) contemplado sin siquiera pedirlo. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente este hotel!!! Si tienes niños, este hotel es el hotel. Además de sus increíbles habitaciones e instalaciones hay un equipo de animación digno de mencionar. Queremos destacar sobretodo a Itahisa que trato con muchísimo cariño a nuestra peque aunque todas ellas lo hicieron y tratan con tanto cariño genuino a los peques que es una maravilla verlo, gracias Ithaisa Sara y alba por tratar con ese cariño a Martina!!! Me gustaría también agradecer a Juan en recepción que nos hizo el check in muy llevadero y atendió muy bien también a la peque . El equipo del italiano es brutal al igual que su comida fuimos dos noches y nos encantó ambas noches. No recuerdo el nombre del personal pero una especial mención a la chica que te atiende al llegar y al chico, Ambos encantadores!!! Gracias a todo el personal del kanna, excelente atención y excelente comida. Mención especial a Iliana, se nota que está atenta a los pequeños detalles. En realidad podríamos nombrar a cada lugar del hotel porque todo es excelente, buffet, ginger, pisos… Por último gracias a la atención de Luis, se nota que le ponen mucho cariño en todo lo que hacen. Mi experiencia ha sido un 10/10 gracias al staff. Muchas gracias a todos pero en especial a Evelyn de recepción, Ana del GEX y Rayco en el bar. Han hecho que mi estancia fuera muy placentera, divertida y sentirme como en casa❤️ No cabe duda que el equipo es el alma y quien marca la diferencia. Estuvieron atentos de mí todo el tiempo, me ayudaron con lo que necesitaba pero el trato siempre fue exquisito aunque tuvieran muchísimos clientes o en horas de rush! Todos muy profesionales perooo chapó al Rayco! Eres una máquina :) Mil gracias equipo, seguro me dejo nombres pero quienes recuerdo fue porque marcaron la diferencia. Volveré.
