Belle hotel, même s'il demande quelques réfections car il n'a pas l'air trop récent, il est très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le ménage est parfaitement fait tous les jours. En bord de mer, de belles piscines, de nombreuses animations pour les grands comme les enfants toute la journée par des animateurs très investis, tous les soirs de très bons spectacles. Nous étions en all inclusive qui est un réel all inclusive contrairement à d'autres hôtels. Les buffets du matin, du midi et du soir exceptionnels à chaque fois et le personnel toujours souriant et attentionné. L'emplacement parfait, pour faire du golf comme pour visiter les alentours. Nous ne regrettons pas et le recommandons vivement ❤️

Perfect vacation 👌 everything was nice, hotel is clean, staff are very helpful, there is no chance to swim at the beach, too much stones and water is not so clear, but anyway there is 2 nice pools, thing that bothered me is noisy Brits, you just can't relax bcs of them ,screamin at the breakfast, dinner or lunch tables, pools.... also, there was a fight one evening against two british people and a girl, so police had to come, there was blood all over the floor. So i recommend skipping Brits and they company. All in all nice time in hotel. Kind regards

Cómo en casa! Hemos estado muchas veces en este hotel, la relación calidad precio está bien, la comida en comparación con otros hoteles en régimen de todo incluido es mejor, lo que si podrían mejorar son las camas, lo que no pueden mejorar porqué tienen los mejores es su personal, destacar la atención de Dani y Andrade en el bar salado y de todo el equipo de animación Parra, Sara, Raúl, Antonio...Volveremos!!

Muito bom em tudo, tem uma animação muito boa em especial atenção e entretenimento para as crianças e adolescentes, só que para banhos na praia é necessário calçado apropriado pois é muito rochosa.

well, that went downhill quick. 3rd time coming here, wont be back. my previous 2 visit reviews were amazing for this place, i'm sad to stay this 1 wont be ! so, food always cold, fish and pasta every night, pool bar staff will serve all spanish customers before english, cockroaches in the corridors of the smaller block we stayed (when mentioned to reception, pretty much just laughed it off with a joke about 'nice with salsa) cockroaches in the toilet next to main restaurant, gift shop staff smacked grandaughters (8yrs) hand for touching dolls in shop, 2 or 3 nights the entertainment team put on a show it was excellent the other nights are shows put on by outsiders (only in spanish), air-con is hit and miss (luke warm most of time), people sitting in childrens entrance to pool drinking alcohol and shouting/swearing (we asked them to keep it down and was told to move if we dont like it ! pool staff did/said nothing, probly scared of them as was a large group). the money we paid for this holiday is way to much for what the hotel and standards have become, since previous vists. so, to re-cap. if you like cold pasta, aggresive staff, cockroaches, shouting and swearing, no air-con (in august) and blatant rasicsm from staff. this is the place for you ! defo not what we are used to at this hotel. 1st 2 holidays here, were outstanding, defo got the feeling brits are not welcome, but our money is.
