Llegamos un viernes bastante tarde (21:45) y, avisando con antelación, nos esperaron para la cena sin ningún problema. Incluso nos dieron la opción de cenar primero y hacer el check-in después, todo con muchísima amabilidad, algo que se agradece muchísimo tras el viaje.
La habitación doble, perfecta: espaciosa, muy limpia, cama comodísima y con varias opciones de almohadas. Además, hacían la habitación cada día, así que siempre estaba impecable.
Para esquiar es súper práctico: tienen guardaesquís con calentador de botas y acceso directo desde la calle, ideal para prepararte rápido por la mañana. También cuentan con transfer a pistas ida y vuelta, y el conductor fue especialmente amable y atento.
La parte de restauración nos encantó. El desayuno era muy completo, con muchísimas opciones para todos los gustos. Y las cenas, exquisitas: primero, plato principal y postre, con variedad cada día y todo muy sabroso. De hecho, cada tarde deseábamos bajar a cenar.
Además, al volver de esquiar, solían ofrecer chocolate con churros, un detalle genial y muy agradable después de un día intenso de actividad.
En resumen, comodidad, trato excelente y muchas facilidades para esquiadores. Sin duda, volveremos.

Our stay was a 10/10. We opted for the half-board option, and the experience couldn't have been better.
We arrived quite late on a Friday (9:45 pm), and by letting them know in advance, they waited for us for dinner without any problem. They even gave us the option of having dinner first and checking in later, all with great kindness, something that is greatly appreciated after a long trip.
The double room was perfect: spacious, very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and several pillow options. They also cleaned the room every day, so it was always spotless.
It's super convenient for skiing: they have ski storage with boot warmers and direct access from the street, ideal for getting ready quickly in the morning. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the slopes, and the driver was especially friendly and attentive.
We loved the food. The breakfast was very complete, with many options to suit all tastes. And the dinners were exquisite: a starter, main course, and dessert, with a variety each day, and everything was delicious. In fact, we looked forward to going down for dinner every evening.
Also, when we returned from skiing, they often offered hot chocolate with churros, a wonderful and very pleasant touch after a long day of activity.
In short, comfortable, with excellent service and many amenities for skiers. We will definitely return.
