I can’t say enough about our stay at The Melia Resort. From the second we walked in, we felt taken care of. The front desk were speedy and fun to talk to. The food: We had three options for meals. Two that needed reserving and a buffet style. I enjoyed the buffet the most. I woke up everyday excited for our meals. They had so much variety and different themes. No one left hungry or disappointed. Our group ranged from a four year old up to my age (not saying). Not only was the food amazing, but the servers were so pleasant and never tired of returning to clean our tables or bring us drinks. Even if we slipped in 5 min before closing, they never made us feel bad. They were still happy and kind. Pool side, they had a small food shack and bars. We never had to leave if we didn’t want to. Yummy and refreshing. The servers never complained, or looked tired and were very sweet. Food and drinks are basically available until midnight. The Entertainment: There were activities for all ages scheduled all day. If we weren’t in the beautiful pool or on the pristine beach, we were busy. Leo Leon’s water aerobics was very fun. The moves weren’t difficult and he made everyone laugh as we counted. He had us shimmying up a storm. The 8:30 evening kids activity was anticipated each night. They played games that included all the kids. Our kids loved the host. The themed adult (but all ages enjoyed and were welcome) 9:00 evening shows were very good as well. The seating was always full house. And, the variety was amazing! Comedy, dancing, acrobatics, you name it, they probably have it. Not to mention all the fun beach activities. We chose parasailing and whale watching. So much fun!! They have a falcon, iguanas and turtles too. We had a professional photo shoot experience. The photographer was very pleasant, professional and fun. We had 13 people in our group and she didn’t leave anyone out. We had many poses and she made us feel like she had all the time in the world to take care of us. The poses had variety and not just in one area. We went to a bunch of different locations in the resort. We wanted all of her pictures, but had to narrow them down to 30 photos. Lol. Her wedding portraits were spectacular. The resort was immaculate and the housekeeping was everyday (if wanted) and very good. We will definitely return. I want to return!! The resort was small enough to not get tired walking anywhere, but big enough to always feel you are at a resort.

First time ever coming to Mexico and it was the greatest experience. This resort made our stay so much fun and we couldn’t be happier. The hotel was always so clean and the rooms were always taken care of better than we could have done ourselves! The food was amazing and the restaurants were so good the fish house was definitely my favourite 10/10 for sure! We are already planning our next trip back. 100/10 experience

Our recent stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and as seasoned travelers who’ve experienced numerous all-inclusive destinations, my party of 13 unanimously agrees: this resort was WOW! Value Beyond Compare: Admittedly, we initially hesitated due to the surprisingly affordable rate we secured, it was almost too good to be true for the price. But from the moment we arrived, any skepticism vanished. The resort wasn't just a steal: it was a freaking heist! Culinary Excellence:The dining experience alone deserves it's own review. Each night featured a creatively curated theme—think succulent seafood feasts, tender brisket, savory pork, and perfectly grilled chicken—ensuring no two meals were alike, mind you this is the buffet experience. It provided a variety and quality, so much so that I indulged in four-plus plates nightly (and as a self-proclaimed food enthusiast at 5’9” and 160lbs, that’s saying something!). The crown jewels, however, were the two reservation-only specialty restaurants. Elevated dishes, impeccable presentation, and gourmet flavors, all included in the package as well, left us in awe. Unparalleled Entertainment & Activities: The resort’s vibrant energy extended beyond the dining table. Nightly performances,ranging from dazzling cultural shows, to live performance, were executed with Broadway level polish. We stayed a full week and never saw a repeat act, a testament to their dedication to guest engagement. Days were equally thrilling, with beachside games, water sports, and activities orchestrated by the resort’s dynamic team. Every single night was a must see show for sure! Staff That Sets the Gold Standard: Every interaction, from room service to the chefs and hostesses, radiated warmth and professionalism. Not once did we feel pressured to tip; their genuine care and enthusiasm felt innate. That said, we happily rewarded their exceptional service—they truly deserved it. Idyllic Setting: Waking up to pristine beaches and panoramic ocean views was the cherry on top. Whether lounging by the shore or sipping cocktails at sunset, the ambiance was pure paradise. Final Thoughts: This resort transformed a family vacation with my fiancée and in-laws into a treasure trove of memories. Seamless service, culinary delights, and nonstop entertainment made it a flawless escape. We’re already planning our return—and if you’re seeking a vacation that overdelivers on every promise, look no further. This hidden gem is worth every penny (and then some)! My only regret is that, I wish I took more photo, but you know what they say. It is what it is and just live in the moment lol. 10/10 – A Must-Book Experience!

¡Excelente servicio y atención en cada área! Desde la recepción, el recibimos que nos dieron fue bastante cálido. Al viajar con adultos mayores, a veces es más complicado, viajamos con 2 adultos mayores y en todo momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa, hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera más tranquila y cómoda. Un Reconocimiento muy especial a todo su personal, la chica que nos recibió en recepción fue una maravilla, Alberto de servicio al cliente muy atento a brindarnos apoyo en cada situación, al mesero Juan en cada visita nos atiende de maravilla.
