We gaan nog een stap verder en brengen de bestemming naar u toe met een zorgvuldig samengesteld aanbod van activiteiten binnen en buiten het hotel, zodat onze gasten zich kunnen onderdompelen in alles wat het hotel uniek maakt. Onze Destination Inclusive®-ervaring is zonder extra kosten beschikbaar voor gasten: workshops met lokale ambachtslieden, privé kooklessen met een chef-kok, gepersonaliseerde yogalessen bij een kristalheldere cenote en nog veel meer. Dit alles omarmd door onze luxe all-inclusive.

Algemene Voorwaarden

De Destination Inclusive®-ervaring is alleen bedoeld voor individuele reserveringen en geldt niet voor groepen. Aanvullende voorwaarden kunnen van toepassing zijn en worden meegedeeld bij aankomst in het hotel. Neem contact op met uw Destination Concierge om de excursie te coördineren. Wijzigingen en beschikbaarheid voorbehouden.

  • An exclusive activity for The Reserve guests in a Mayan cenote located in the jungle surrounding Riviera Maya, to connect with nature and the magic of the destination.
  • Once at the cenote, guests will be brought before a shaman to begin a Mayan ritual (a purification ceremony where the Mayan gods are asked for permission and attendees are blessed by bathing them with copal incense).
  • Afterwards, they will enjoy a small wellness experience where an instructor will lead a yoga/stretching class to connect with the cenote and the destination.
  • Finally, you can enjoy the cenote where you can swim for about 1 hour. 
  • Transportation from the hotel to the cenote is by private van and takes approximately 30-40 minutes. 
  • The meeting point is at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before departure time.
  • The activity takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 2 pm.
  • Guests should wear comfortable clothing, bathing suit, biodegradable mosquito repellent and towel (the latter is provided by the hotel). 
  • It is recommended to have had breakfast or lunch previously, since only a snack (sandwich or fruit and water) will be provided during the activity. 
  • The experience lasts approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes (including round trip transportation).
  • The reservation process is through the Destination Concierge of each guest (Subject to availability and prior reservation).
  • The maximum number of people per activity is 60 and the minimum is 8..
  • This activity may be subject to date changes due to weather conditions.
