“Nice place and GREAT location. Short walk to the Louvre and a Metro station is nearby as well. 30-minute walk to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomph.”

“Absolutely phenomenal stay at The Melia Vendome! This will be our preferred hotel and home away from home on any subsequent visits to Paris! We were very warmly welcomed even though we arrived 3 hours prior to check in time. The team prioritized the cleaning of a unit for us and after a short and very comfortable wait in the well appointed lobby, we were ushered to our rooms (404 and 114). The units are very comfortable with in fact a luxurious feel to them. The in-room safe was a much appreciated feature. The Housekeeping Team was very accommodating in terms of performing the stayover service at times during which we were out and about exploring the city. If I had to find a fault just to add to the credibility of the review, I would say that the elevators are a bit on the small side but this is extremely common in Europe and this did not affect us in any way. The team consists of associates who seem to take genuine interest in the care and comfort and safety of the guests. Smiles all around, always, and they were so warm and cordial that we were happy to engage in conversation with them each time that we either entered or left the property. There were 3 standout employees as follows: IDA who checked us in and made us feel valued and at home GUILLAUME who seemed to always be there and ready to steer us in the right direction. He helped me to find a nearby gym that offered day passes and he also managed to communicate with me, without offending me in any way, that I had to put on a different shirt given that I was going to the theatre that night. He was very diplomatic and handled the awkward situation with incredible aplomb. CHAMPION! Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the employee who provided a time-sensitive rescue when at the last minute upon.our checkout date, he put everything aside to make his way to our room to unlock the in-room safe that we suddenly could no longer unlock on our own, most likely due to our error. He helped us to navigate quickly through what might have turned into a very stressful situation. Thank you to him-a middle aged gentleman with works overnight. I would, without any hesitation whatsoever, wholeheartedly recommend the Melia Vendome!”
