“Het hotel was prachtig en erg schoon. De kamers waren netjes en werden goed onderhouden. De schoonmaaksters waren ontzettend vriendelijk, vooral Ylenia. Zij was erg zorgvuldig, heel aardig en zorgde ervoor dat de kamer er elke dag weer perfect uitzag. Ook het ontbijtbuffet was goed verzorgd. Soms was het behoorlijk druk, maar dat is bij zo'n groot hotel natuurlijk begrijpelijk. Er was een ruime keuze aan eten en alles smaakte vers en lekker. Eigenlijk heb ik daar niets op aan te merken. Bij het zwembad krijg je een handdoek van de badmeester. Deze zagen er af en toe wat versleten uit, maar ze waren altijd schoon. Al met al is dit een fantastisch hotel. De service is uitstekend, het personeel is vriendelijk en het hotel ziet er mooi en verzorgd uit. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen!”レビューをもっと見る

“Nos alojamos 4 noches y ha sido muy buena la experiencia. Desde la decoración y la limpieza impoluta, pasando por unas habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, una cama muy muy buena, y un servicio impecable. Desde nuestra llegada Irene nos atendió muy bien en recepción, y eso se agradece mucho. Muy profesional tanto ella como el resto del personal. “Hemos pasado cuatro noches en el hotel y ha estado genial. Es la segunda vez que vamos, y la primera después de la reforma, ha quedado muy chulo. Las habitaciones muy limpias, y las camas súper cómodas. Nosotros estuvimos en la planta 7 con vista al mar, y genial. Respecto al buffet, mantiene la calidad y la variedad de la última vez, todo riquísimo. Nos quedó nuevamente por probar la piscina, esperemos que a la próxima jajajaja. Enhorabuena a todo el personal del hotel, amable y servicial, pero tengo que hacer una mención especial a Irene de recepción, nos atendió de maravilla con una sonrisa, nos ayudó con una petición que hicimos de la habitación y nos orientó a ver sitios que aún nos quedaban de la isla, mil gracias por todo!!!”レビューをもっと見る
