Meliá Serenity Cam Ranh Beach Resort

“신규 오픈 호텔이라 매우 좋았어요 직원들 친절하고 서비스 만족스러웠어요!”

“An Excellent New Resort with Great Potential We had a wonderful stay at Meliá Serenity Cam Ranh Beach Resort. As a newly opened property, the resort already offers a high standard of service, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent guest experiences. There are a few areas that could be improved as the resort continues to develop, but overall, we were very impressed. What we loved * Brand-new facilities. Everything feels fresh and new, including the furniture, which contributes to a comfortable and modern atmosphere. * Exceptional staff. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and genuinely trying to help with any requests. * Excellent cleanliness. The resort was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. * Relaxing atmosphere. The pleasant background music and subtle, enjoyable scents throughout the hotel create a relaxing and luxurious ambience. * Complimentary sauna. A great additional amenity that guests can enjoy free of charge. * Outstanding The Level experience. The Level Lounge was a particular highlight, offering an elegant and comfortable space to relax. The daily two-hour wine service, accompanied by delicious snacks, was a wonderful touch. The separate lounge and complimentary drinks, including beer, also add considerable value to The Level experience. * Delicious food and wine. We particularly enjoyed the European-style dishes and the selection of European wines. Areas for improvement As the resort is still new, some areas are understandably continuing to develop. A few small improvements could make an already excellent experience even better. * Mattress comfort. The mattress was a little too soft for my personal preference. A firmer option would be appreciated by guests who prefer more support while sleeping. * Beach preparation. The beach is beautiful, but the sand could benefit from more thorough cleaning, as we came across stones and shell fragments while walking along it. * More shade on the beach. The current beach umbrellas are rather small and provide limited shade. Larger umbrellas or additional shaded areas would make spending time on the beach much more comfortable, especially during the hottest hours of the day. * The Level pool. The dedicated The Level pool had not yet opened during our stay. We look forward to seeing it become available, as it would further enhance the exclusive experience offered to The Level guests. * Swimming area markers. Buoys marking the swimming area would be a welcome addition, helping guests identify the designated swimming zone more easily. * Landscaping and greenery. The resort grounds would benefit from more mature plants and lush tropical vegetation. As the landscaping develops, additional greenery will make the outdoor areas even more beautiful and provide more natural shade. Final thoughts Overall, Meliá Serenity Cam Ranh Beach Resort is already an excellent property with a great deal to offer. The outstanding staff, cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent The Level experience made our stay particularly enjoyable. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality of the team. The resort already has a very strong foundation, and the remaining improvements are mostly about refining the beach facilities and allowing the landscaping and amenities to develop fully. We believe this property has the potential to become an outstanding destination and would be happy to return in the future.”

“Truly the Best Stay in Nha Trang – Unforgettable Hospitality and Perfection We arrived at around 2:00 AM on October 21st, and despite the very late hour, we were welcomed with warm and graceful check-in service. A special thanks to Hieu Rinbin, who handled our check-in and continuously took care of us throughout our entire stay, immediately resolving any inconvenience we had. The hotel opened just this month, so a few minor details in service are still falling into place, but Hieu's warmth, genuine care, and thoughtfulness made those small details completely forgettable. We also want to deeply thank Phi Khanh from Guest Services. They listened attentively to our concerns regarding the city shuttle service and sincerely did their absolute best to find the most helpful solution for us. Here are a few highlights of what made our stay so special: 1. Magnificent Ocean View & World-Class Pool The pool is easily the best in Nha Trang—spacious, with a breathtaking view, and exceptionally clean water. Being able to swim until 7:00 PM allowed us to enjoy a romantic evening swim under the stars. The pool bar at the main pool was a wonderful spot to relax with a beer. There are plenty of sunbeds, and life jackets along with attentive lifeguards are well-positioned for safety. 2. Outstanding Room Condition Needless to say, the room condition was top-notch. As a newly opened resort in October, the cleanliness and housekeeping were impeccable. The expansive ocean view from the room was more than enough to wash away all our exhaustion. 3. Pet-Friendly Atmosphere This hotel is genuinely pet-friendly. We could bring our dog to both the breakfast venue and the pool area. The room came equipped with a dog cushion and water bowls, and the staff greeted our dog warmly whenever we passed by. They even offer a dedicated menu for dogs at the restaurant! 4. Exceptional Dining & Service Recovery (MOSAICO) We dined at MOSAICO inside the resort, and the Crab Fried Rice, Gorgonzola Pizza, and Morning Glory were easily among the best we’ve had anywhere in the world. In fact, we ended up having dinner at MOSAICO every single night. When a minor issue occurred with our Gorgonzola pizza, the service manager handled it with incredible professionalism and kindness. Their service recovery went far beyond just solving a problem, leaving a deep impression on us. 5. Heartfelt Hospitality from Every Staff Member Every staff member we passed offered a warm greeting and genuinely checked if we needed anything or if everything was comfortable. They made our vacation truly feel like a relaxing retreat, and their warmth stays with us even after returning home to Korea. Having previously stayed at Gran Meliá Nha Trang, this was my second trip to Nha Trang and my sixth trip to Vietnam in total. Without a doubt, the room condition, pool, and staff hospitality made this the single best trip I’ve ever had. My sincere gratitude goes to all the staff members who made our vacation so beautiful, and especially to the two team members mentioned above. We will definitely be back next year!”
