“We spent 4 days at Sol Lunamar last week. This was the 3. time we stayed at this lovely hotel. The rooms are always so nice and clean, the location is perfect. But the best part at this hotel is actually the staff. I really don't have enough words to tell you how much we apreciate you all for making us feel so welcome. On our stay last week I really want to say thank you especially to Diego. It was quite surprising that you recognized us right away and welcomed us with a big smile and a hand shake. And then, after a day or two you actually came knocking on our door with a bottle of bubbles and a hand written card for us...what a nice surprise! Thank you so much. Now we are back in cold and rainy Norway, and we cannot wait until we get to travel to Palmanova again. And when we do, we will of course stay at Sol Lunamar:)”

“The Lunamar Hotel is perfectly situated within a couple minutes away from the beach. The hotel is very well kept, the staff are very friendly & helpful. The room we had was overlooking the pool & the beach/sea. The rooms are very clean, they are cleaned, towels etc changed every two days. The rooms also include a stove (with extractor hood) microwave, fridge,TV, kettle, toaster. bathroom has a shower, toilet & sink with a large mirror, shaver socket & hairdryer include. Basically everything you need, also air-conditioning with simple remote control to operate. As you can see, 5 stars for everything & they are very well deserved, no complaints whatsoever. There is one small thing could be better is the dreaed "towel on the sunbed" scenario in the morning. The first couple mornings was fine, the doors to the pool area were open early & a steady walk down to towel up a bed was no hassle & very relaxed. However, suddenly the pool doors were locked up until 08.00 which meant people were queuing up & once released was a pretty manic scramble to the sunbeds. Not wanting to join in the mad rush we used the beach sunbeds. These were chargeable at around €22 for the day, they did include a soft mattress on the lounger & aslo a safe & sunshade! Overall we had a fantastic holiday, and will highly recommend the the Lunamar Hotel Palma Nova. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for making us so welcome.”
