“Lovely hotel, perfect location and clean and modern room suites. Breakfast was great can’t fault a thing. We had an issue with our room but the staff did so much to help us make our stay as smooth as possible and moved our room. They also left a note and provided us with macarons as a way to say sorry which was very thoughtful of them! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.”

“Wir waren eine Woche im Melia um die Insel im Nordosten zu erkunden. Der Kids Club war sehr kinderlieb und engagiert… Unsere Kids waren auf jeden Fall begeistert. Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr große Auswahl und war vollkommen ausreichend. Obst, Früchte und Gemüse war immer frisch. Die Bar war immer besetzt und auch das Fitnessstudio ist ausreichend. Das Abendessen haben wir nicht genutzt”

“Incredible hotel, incredible staff, food is the most wide-ranging I've ever experienced at a hotel. Great pool and there was always a lot of space in the two pools and for sun-lounging. Kids club was great and the area with artificial grass was perfect to let kids run-around, and has lots of shade. It's the nicest hotel in the area, everyone that walks past loves the decor and wants to stay there. 10/10.”

“Am stat 7 zile la hotel, acesta arată bine pe exterior, zona de piscina foarte mișto, receptia, spatii comune de relaxare sunt din plin și angajații hotelului foarte ok. Camerele trebuie îmbunătățite, la 4 stele au nevoie de putina renovare, aerul condiționat nu funcționează pe cald in septembrie cand seara si dimineața este destul de racoare, nu exista papuci de unica folosință in camere, halate, trusa de cusut si alte nimicuri pentru un hotel de 4 stele dar care au lipsit. Zona de masă deși se afla in alta cladire la 2 pasi de hotel în aceeași incinta, este foarte bine poziționată, cateva scări la etaj. Mâncarea la mic dejun si cina extrem de variata, de gustoasa, cine spune ceva de rau despre asta e doar rău intenționat, pur si simplu ai multe de feluri de mâncare, dulciuri, prajituri, fructe, mezeluri, brânzeturi, feluri principale, garnituri, salate, sosuri, orice ți-ai putea dori, zona de preparate fara gluten, iaurturi, cereale, etc. La cina este un concept de dining, servetel cu Tacamuri pe masă, daca ai nevoie de mai multe le ceri, seara la cina se comanda bautura contra cost si cam atat pentru minusuri. La plecare, poti sa rezervi camera cu dus pentru a te schimba din hainele de zi sau piscina in hainele de drum spre aeroport ceea ce e foarte ok si poti sta la hotel,piscina, receptie, canapele, paturi, scaune la masa pana pleci catre aeroport. Merita recenzia de 5 stele cu toate lucrurile care ar trebui îmbunătățite.”

“Sehr schönes Hotel. Essen ist gut. Früstücksraum ist gewönungs bedürftig sehr schlicht Eingerichtet. Leute alle sehr freundlich. Leider ist alles auf Englisch aber mangiebt sich mühe es gut zu erklären. Zum Strand wirklich nur 300meter. Viele Einkaufs Läden für grosse und Klein Geldbeutel.”

“We have just returned from a weeks stay at the Innside (18/9/-/25/9) Our experience was absolutely first class, NOTHING could be faulted, they are the most helpful and friendly staff we have ever encountered on our travels. The hotel is spotless, the food is excellent (not cheap !)the room layout is perfect. I could go on and on, ifg you don't have a good experience here, then there must be something wrong with you !”

“We stayed at INNSiDE by Melia in Alcudia last May/June, family 2+1(1.5yr old) We've loved the quiet feel and exotic atmosphere at the hotel. The place itself been renovated just recently and room we stayed at was junior suit at 4th floor/ street/mountain view - and we couldn't choose better. Due to the room was other side, not the pool view, hence we experienced quiet nights. From the beggining we enter the hotel lobby till the last day of our stay we only had a positive experiences there. Polite staff, spacious modern room, nice outside sitting area around the hotel and the pool that was cleaned every day. Not too over crowded at the pool (lots of sunbeds for guests disposition). Restaurant located on the other side of the pool next to very cosy bar with large/ various sitting areas. Nice music every day, entertainment great, food tasty and with huge choice. Only one downfall was when for example porridge finished halfway through the breakfast the staff wouldn't top it up or keen to do you one on order. Location convinient - close to bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, beach, a few kids softplays around...what else can you ask for. Board type: b&b or half board options available only, so for ones who are looking for AI not an option then. Would recommend 100%”

“Semana inolvidable la que hemos disfrutado en este magnífico hotel. -Todo de 10, instalaciones, limpieza, decoración, etc. Etc. - Mención especial merecen todos los trabajadores del hotel, mezclando veteranía con juventud pero todos ellos con un denominador común, profesionalidad y amabilidad, desde las camareras de las habitaciones pasando por cocineros, recepcionistas así como los responsables del mantenimiento y camareros del restaurante. Matrícula de honor para todos ellos. -Por supuesto la comida también de diez, todo muy fresco, muy bien elaborado y con un surtido amplio de difícil elección. Y una gran sorpresa que me he llegado al ser yo de Jaén y conocedor del producto, un amplio surtido de aceites de oliva virgen, siendo uno de ellos de los más galardonados y mejores de Jaén "Castillo de cadena"”

“Super zespół animacyjny, dziewczyny robicie świetna robotę. Jedzenie średnie, szczególnie obiady- nie warto wykupować, w hotelu jest restauracja. Hotel ma swoje lata, ale jest dobrze wyremontowany. Pokoje - duże, wydaje mi się, ze przerobili 2 małe pokoje w 1 duży.”
