Carlos checked us in and his laid back self was exactly what we needed in that situation. He even upgraded us to a nicer room (and he's right about the slippers!). The room was really comfortable, the breakfast was great, and it's really easy for the airport, especially with their free shuttle bus. Only room for improvement would be with the amount of vegetarian options for dinner but what we did have was tasty.”
