Bueno celebrábamos el Cumpleaños de mi amor reserve 3 habitaciones pues éramos 7 entre hijos y sus parejas. Todo era una sorpresa para mí amor, lo preparamos entre todos. La gran sorpresa fue que por gentileza del gran Hotel Melia de Lloret de Mar Nuestra habitación nos hicieron un cambio, y menudo cambio nos dieron la suit premian del Hotel, dios, increíble un apartamento de 64m Y una terraza calculo unos 50m bueno espectacular, os paso video, la verdad que no me lo esperaba y eso fue un detalle de Melia que jamás olvidaremos. Instalaciones preciosas habitaciones modernas cómodas todo súper limpio, el personal maravilloso muy atentos La comida espectacular y ahí hago el incapie de más vale poco y bueno que mucho y malo, y no era poco ehhh. Nos pusieron champán de cortesía con unas pastas nada más llegar FUE UNA PELICULA Le doy las gracias el Hotel Melia porque han conseguido que ese día 30 Noviembre 2024 jamás lo olvidemos Gracias gracias gracias

Mi marido y yo pasamos tiempo genial en este hotel, las habitaciones tienen camas muy cómodas con colchones ortopédicos. El desayuno era delicioso e incluía una amplia variedad de alimento. También visitamos la zona de spa. Nos gustaría expresar nuestro profundo agradecimiento a los masajistas Mónica y José y por supuesto a todo el personal. Definitivamente regresaremos al hotel para tener una mejor experiencia!!!

I recently spent 4 days with my wife and two daughters, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel has modern finishes, was spotlessly clean, and the food was excellent. The amenities are perfect for families, providing plenty of activities and comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway!

Great place for holidays at Costa Brava. Wonderful garden with swimming pool, outside sitting areas at breakfast - we really enjoyed your facilities day by day. Great dinner with fresh specialities of the region. Real unprocessed food. Perfectly seasoned. We really enjoyed our 8 days holidays here and are looking forward to come next year again. Very friendly service personnel, they are always kind and helpful, so that we felt ourselves warmly welcomed. BUT: Next year, we will be sure avoid to do anything with the trainee at the reception desk. We booked and paid our stay half a year ago. Then when we checked in, we asked him whether a room on a higher floor was available. He didn't answer our question. His focus was on selling the "upgrade" for 45 Euro per night: Free parking, breakfast in the special room, a better room to stay, one time in the spa where we had to make an appointment first. No, in mid November, off season time, these opportunities didn't fit our demands. Because the hotel is not as full as we had to avoid other guests. Then, at the end, after 20 minutes, he gave us the room 208, with the interconnecting door to the neighbour room. And when we moved in, the one and only door was open. We actually had to ask the services to lock the door. Why didn't he save these rooms for families who really would enjoy this opinion? After a noisy night with bad sleep we asked at the reception for another room. Unfortunately, this time, we got the new room again from this trainee person. It was 610. At the first moment, we were very happy because the room was much bigger. And then, from the first night on, this room turned to be very stinky. As we already moved, we decided to stay. After two days and nights, we decided to tell the reception. They did some treatment, but in fact, we could only live there with opening windows...And this, in November, at raining days, 13 degrees cold and wet. When we checked out, we tried to give the feedback of our very unhappy experiences to this trainee, told him that we suffered at his decision about both of our rooms. And to our surprise, his answer was: You got what you paid for! Now, while writing these lines, I understand this strategy: As we didn't pay 45 Euro per night additionally, we are only allowed to stay at the very bad rooms!
