“Hemos estado 9 dias de luna de miel y ha superado nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones maravillosas y limpias, pero lo mejor de este hotel es la calidad humana de sus trabajadores. Son familia ya. En Retama con Nieves (nuestro amor for ever), Dani, Jonathan, Karim y Jose que nos hacian las noches de actuaciones muy divertidas, muy muy... En Mosaico con Isel (en nuestro corazon para siempre ya), con Domingo, Ariel, Ethan y nuestras Hawa, Camila y Ying (os vamos a extrañar hasta el infinito). En la piscina, gracias a nuestro entrañable Jesus, a Olga, Beatriz y Borja, sois maravillosos. Y que decir del equipo de animacion (actividades todo el dia y super interesantes, me llevo de todo para casa, que disfrute!!!), estamos in love con Yaiza, Diana, Kevin y Ropy, for ever and ever. Os esperamos en Caceres. Agradecer la atencion de nuestra paisana Gema Salgado por tener un ratito para compartir con estos extremeñinos y a Silvia Manzanero por el detalle en nuestra habitacion. “This is a truly brilliant hotel. I dont read hotel reviews anymore, because people seem to get tunnel vision and allow their experience to be influenced by a small insignificant issue. This hotel should be 5 star reviewed across the board. People love leaving negative reviews so ill touch on the negatives we experienced first. The hotel car park is tiny and tight. We rented a car and upon arrival we managed to park it outside the hotel but it was tight. HOWEVER, I spoke with the reception desk staff and they showed me a huge open plan car park area opposite the hotel not 10m away where the car would be safe and parking was free. So a non issue. Then the other negative i suppose; thr location. It seems mental to say this, because being so high up gives a fantastic view of the island. But, this does mean that to go down into costa adeje towards the seafront and beach, you go downhill. You'll eventually have to travel back up that steep hill. The hotel does have a small access door on the bottom floor by the pool. This is accessible using your room key cards and cuts out a pretty steep uphill walk. But the position of the hotel isnt a secret. Its not a hidden factor. If you book this hotel you can see from the pictures that its tiered - built on many levels. We heard a woman complaining at the reception desk about being a low floor and needing to use stairs/the elevators on site. Why did you book it? Baffling. Ok. Onto the actual hotel review. The hotel is brilliant. Spacious, clean, modern. The facilities are well maintained and welcoming. The staff are fantastic throughout. Three members of staff stood out to us. Anna on reception. Incredibly helpful and friendly. A real joy to check in with her upon our arrival. Paula at the mosaico restaurant. She was polite and attentive, very welcoming and friendly. And Ethan again in the mosaico restaurant. He has an infectious happiness and a great attitude. Sadly I didnt remember other names of the staff. But the pool bar staff work tirelessly all day, as do the retama bar staff. The staff in the casa nostra restaurant made us feel very welcome and important. The food here is incredible. A huge variety, beautifully prepared and presented. Absolutely fantastic. The all inclusive drinks menu is varied and more than enough. The pool scene is large. Clean and well equipped. We never had to fight for sunbeds. The entertainment team Diana and Kevin (i think, sorry if thats not his name) were friendly and welcoming. The hotel puts on varied entertainment, the barraquito class is brilliant with lots of interesting info. Thank you. We loved our time at this hotel and I think it will be the first time we revisit a hotel. We usually switch up our destination. But this hotel and its staff were so good we are looking to come back next year.”

“¡El mejor fin de semana, en el mejor Hotel de Tenerife! - impresionante. Se trata de un hotel categorizado de 5 estrellas, ubicado en Costa Adeje. Hay muchos hoteles de la cadena Meliá, pero este es muy especial ya que las personas que trabajan en él hacen que tu experiencia y estancia sean de nivel diez. No se llegan a imaginar lo grande que es, hasta que lo recorres por completo, tiene una gran envergadura, muchos espacios verdes, mucho espacio exterior y las piscinas son top. Su gran recepción, como no es menos de esperar nos recibió Roque, un gran botones que nos dio la primera bienvenida al hotel con una copa de cava y obviamente nos acompañó hasta la habitación, muy educado y amable en toda nuestra estadía. Luego nos atendió Tamara, de recepción, nos hizo el check in y nos brindó toda la información detallada. Da a un lobby bar enorme (genial para tomarse una copa en las noches, por sus espectáculos y shows en vivo). Se conecta a una terraza, donde podrán apreciar la magnitud de sus preciosas vistas al mar y a su esplendorosa piscina. También tiene un espectacular mirador en una alta torre donde podrás observar Costa Adeje y Las Americas. Su restaurante buffet es espacioso, limpio y puedes ver como los grandes cocineros preparan las delicatesen y platos ultra deliciosos. En su entrada te estará esperando Morena la mejor hostess y relaciones públicas que tiene el hotel. Nos mostró el restaurante y nos indicó perfectamente las zonas de platos fríos y calientes que contiene el Mosaico. Siempre muy atenta a nosotros en todo momento, tanto dentro como fuera del restaurante. Si quieres relajarte al máximo y disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable, lo mejor es estar en la piscina, tomando el sol y como no, siempre acompañado de buena gente y buena bebida. Las hamacas son acolchadas y muy cómodas. El personal del bar piscina es genial, Olga, Borja y Jesus, gracias a ustedes por aguantarnos y por servirnos 50mil cocteles (caipirinha, caipirosca, mojitos, daiquiris, frapuccinos, piñas coladas) todo buenísimo. Que buena mano tenéis y que paciencia de verdad. Creo que probamos todo lo que había. Le damos el millón de gracias y las 5 estrellas a Carlos, Gran Director de F&B, nos trataste genial todo el rato, muy atento en todo momento y siempre con una gran sonrisa. Eres el mejor y te agradecemos absolutamente todo. Al Sr. Gonzalo por brindarnos el último almuerzo del día, muy contentos con tu trato. En general todo el equipo que forma parte del Hotel Meliá Jardines del Teide (camareras de piso, recepción, restaurantes, jardineros, SSTT, etc) chapeaux por todos ustedes, hacen que este hotel sea IDÍLICO y tenemos muchísimas ganas de volver gracias al grandísimo buen trato que nos dieron. También gracias al equipo de Gex Expirience por darnos esa botella de cava con el chocolate y los macarrons (sencillamente espectacular) La habitación de cortesía para finalizar… genial también la verdad. Tenemos muchos sentimientos y ya muy pocas formas de expresarnos a través de palabras. Si nos dejamos a alguien pedimos disculpas, muchísima gente trabajando… y todos muy adorables. Ni una queja, ni una, todo agradecimientos! Esperamos volver más pronto que tarde!! Ah por cierto los dos shows del sábado y domingo muy bien, nos encantó. El equipo de animación un diez también! ¿Lo mejor? SOLO ADULTOS! Saludos desde las habitaciones 649 y 650.”
