“Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en el Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora RedLevel, la experiencia ha sido de 10. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el hotel. Es el lugar perfecto para desconectar, relajarse y disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones. Las instalaciones son preciosas, jardines cuidados, piscinas espectaculares y rincones donde apetece quedarse horas disfrutando del ambiente. Destacar la impecable limpieza, y la calidad de la comida, que nos ha encantado durante toda la estancia. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es su gente. Todo el personal ha sido muy amable, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, haciendo que nos sintiéramos cómodos desde el primer momento. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Leila por la cálida bienvenida en el check-in; a Felipe, de recepción, por su ayuda y atención durante estos días; a Rafa, del desayuno, que nos atendió cada mañana con muchísima simpatía y profesionalidad; a Felipe, del equipo de desayuno, siempre atento y amable; a Michelle, que nos recibía cada día con una sonrisa; y a Gustavo, por su ayuda con el equipaje y su trato tan cercano. “El Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora Red Level Solo Adultos es, sin duda, nuestro hotel favorito para disfrutar de las vacaciones. Más allá de la altísima calidad del servicio, sus preciosas instalaciones, las vistas, la tranquilidad, la temperatura perfecta de sus piscinas y la excelente oferta gastronómica, queremos destacar un gran acierto de gestión: la separación entre las zonas Solo Adultos y las de familias con niños. Esta perfecta coordinación permite disfrutar de una opción de tranquilidad y descanso absoluto. En este sentido de buena gestión, queremos hacer una mención a Marta Vilach, que supo solucionar con gran acierto un problema que tuvimos en nuestra primera estancia y que derivó en que pudiéramos conocer a fondo este maravilloso hotel. En el apartado gastronómico, queremos destacar muy especialmente la altísima calidad y el servicio exquisito de los restaurantes a la carta. Aunque nos han encantado todos los que hemos tenido el placer de probar, queremos hacer una mención especial a nuestros grandes favoritos: Oasis, Le Bistrot Provenzal y Nami, agradeciendo enormemente a todo su personal por hacernos disfrutar tanto. Pero, por encima de todo, el factor verdaderamente diferencial de este hotel es su equipo humano. Su amabilidad, su trato exquisito y esa capacidad para anticiparse a tus necesidades hacen que te sientas literalmente como en casa. “We are regular visitors to the Red Level and call this wonderful hotel our second home! The reception team are very welcoming, friendly and attend to any request such as booking restaurants either in the hotel or locally. One of the highlights is the Red Level breakfast served, overlooking the sea, with probably the widest choice of buffet and menu choices we have ever seen! We also thoroughly enjoy the afternoon open bar which serves the most amazing canapés!
