SOL Tenerife

I stayed here mid February with my mum for her 60th birthday. I dont normally write reviews but felt I had to share my experience. To be very truthful, I read the reviews and was very close to paying extra and changing hotels, I even emailed Easyjet to see if this would be possible. I am so glad we didn't! When the coach pulled up to drop us off, I thought we must of been in the wrong place! The reception area was clean and spacious with a clear view of a great pool area & the beach. The reception staff were very friendly & welcoming. We stayed in Block A room 303 and I was pleasantly surprised with the room too, it was clean, big enough and not half as dated as I prepared myself it to be! It's definitely not newly renovated and could do with an update, but my understanding is that that is in the pipeline. Due to reviews, as soon as we got in, we checked the bed for bugs, we stripped both beds just to be sure and found no evidence of anything, nor were either of us bit. The bathroom was very big with the option of a shower or bath. We stayed half board and the food was great. I'm a vegetarian and had so many healthy options, I didn't see any cross contamination with utensils either. All food was labelled clearly so I could tell what I was eating. They had a selection of different milks for tea and cereal too, dairy, oat etc. The hotel is right on the beach front & the pool is very well maintained. We had no issues at all with the noise at night, you can hear music but it sounded distant and with the TV on we couldn't hear hardly anything. There's also English channels in the TV. There's a reasonably price shop attached to the hotel, they give you sugar for free too which is nice:) Definitely bring an extension lead, I did and was glad of it. They do sell them in the hotel shop too though. Sol Tenerife exceeded my expectations & I would recommend this hotel & hope to come back soon

Rooms are minimal but your not paying a lot of money for it, so can’t complain, Great pools & games I had great friendly service from noemi & Daniel. Great vibe’s !! People like that are excellent & exactly who you want to meet on holiday 😄😄😄

IT WAS WONDERFUL!!!!! My daughter loves food and was so happy because the food there was very delicious. The pool was neither cold or warm, it was the right temperature and the service was very nice; you could get reusable cups by the pool bar which is very good for the environment!!! I will recomend to my friends and family.

Hotel ,,Sol Tenerife " jest ok,dla niewymagajacych klientów,ma juz swoje lata i to troszke widac,ale pokój sprzatany codziennie ,dosc slabe all inclusive,ale fantastyczne miejsce nad samym oceanem,mielismy pokoj na 9 piętrze w zapierajacym dech widokiem,zdarzyl sie co prawda jeden robal na podlodze ale nie zepsuł nam wakacji,doodkola pełno swietnch restaracji wiec na kolacje chodziliśmy poza hotel pomimo all inclusive bo po prostu tak wolimy,duzo swietnych butików i sklepow naookolo,no i zycie nocne wycisnie z kazdego 100% ,jeden minusik ze trzeba zejsc rano do godz 10 zeby zajac lezak kolo basenu,ale polecam kazdemu

I was here with my mother and 8 years old brother. Hotels rooms seems like an really old. But everything is clean. I saw one little cockroach in the night at the table and that's all. Workers here are the best. I mean, my little brother would rather stay here than go home. Everyone was so nice to him and he liked everyone there. Every evening they have special show. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's a little bit boring. In conclusion, I liked that hotel. Really miss everyone from the stuff. If someone from you guys reading it - YOU'RE THE BEST! I want to come back to your sunny place, especially when I'm right now in Ukraine, where a lot of blackouts every day. Miss this place and really happy that I staied here <3
