“너무 대대대만족스러운 리조트였습니다 3박묵었는데 1.직원분들 서비스 엄청나게 친절 2.버기카 불러도 바로 옴 3.리조트 내 온천욕 너무 좋음 힐링 그자체 4.러쉬빌라 이용했는데 단독 수영장 위생 및 해충에 오염되지않고 너무 깨끗했음 5. 조식 퀄리티 너무좋아요 _메뉴판에 있는 음식 요청하면 자리로 가져다줌 6. 프라이빗비치 작지만 유럽 감성이 가득해요 7. 샤워필터 가져갔었는데 3박 사용 후 필터가 너무 깨끗했어요 _수질 만점!!! 8. 곳곳에 인생샷 남길 수 있는 스팟존이 많아요 이것말고도 묵었을때 너무 힐링그자체였어요 다음에 나트랑 방문 시에도 또 묵고 싶은 곳 입니다.”

“아름다운 공간, 친절한 직원들이 있어 방문할 때마다 행복함을 느끼게 해주는 그란멜리아입니다. 작년에 남편, 아이들과 방문해보고 너무 좋아서 이번에는 온 가족이 다 함께 오게 되었습니다. 특히 올해는 부모님의 40주년 결혼기념일과 아버지의 칠순이 있는 해라서 우리 가족에게 더욱 특별한 날인데 그란멜리아와 함께 하게 되어 더욱 행복했습니다. 이런 행복하고 기쁜 마음을 더욱 더 크게 만들어준 ZIEL에게 감사드립니다. 머무는 동안 세심하고 다정하게 대해주셔서 많이 행복하고 기뻤습니다. 다음에도 나트랑에 오게 된다면 다시 한 번 꼭 그란멜리아에 방문하고 싶습니다. 행복했습니다. 감사합니다.❤️”

From the moment we arrived, every service and activity offered by the resort provided us with a truly unique and luxurious experience. The room design was modern, elegant, and thoughtfully detailed, reflecting a high standard of hospitality and comfort. A special thank you goes to our butler, Jayce Dat, who made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel less like hotel guests and more like family members in a home away from home. His exceptional service truly made a lasting impression on us. This was our second visit to Melia, and it certainly will not be our last.
