“The rooms are great and the staff were all polite, helpful and friendly. The only issue is the location - it looks like it is close to Central Station, and it is in a straight line, but the direct route involves going down a long steep staircase, which isn't easy with luggage. There is a stair free route bit it's significantly longer and still steep.”

“Have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and always been great , clean tidy rooms , spacious and all staff are super friendly . On a few times that we have came a special mention to beatrice the women on check in desk , she has been great with us and very accommodating lovely to speak to and super friendly , she’s helped us before when we weren’t sure how to use the chrome cast on TV properly and came up to the to room to help and is always great to talk to. Overall great hotel and experience for a break 👍”

“Prima hotelkamer, goed bed, beetje hard naar onze smaak. Prima douche en erg schoon. Heel veel usb poorten en stopcontacten. Een minibar met gratis frisdranken. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, met cooked to order opties zoals (erg goede) poached eggs en omelet. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ligging aan de rivier. De (hoger gelegen) oude stad is te voet bereikbaar via een trap. We hebben heerlijk gegeten in het hotel restaurant Gino d’Acampo. Goede kwaliteit en 10% korting voor hotelgasten.”
