“We booked this hotel through Amex Travel on their recommendation, and I’m so glad we did. It didn’t disappoint for a moment. At check-in they surprised us by upgrading our rooms to private pool suites, which the whole family absolutely loved. The suites were stunning and having our own pool made the stay feel really special. The beach at Mai Khao is quiet and beautiful, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. This was easily the highlight of our Thailand trip. We will definitely be back.”

“My stay at Meliá Maikhao Phuket created unforgettable memories. I especially appreciated the warm welcome from Neoy at the reception. She has such a lovely and friendly personality. George, the Front Office Manager, was also very kind and took excellent care of me. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a Pool Villa, which was such a thoughtful gesture. His service was truly exceptional, and I sincerely appreciate it. The hotel is very tidy and clean, with a beautiful atmosphere. I absolutely loved the Pool Villa, which featured a beautiful room and a lovely private pool. I also enjoyed the main pool, which is located close to the beach and offers a beautiful view of the sunset while swimming. The hotel is surrounded by a peaceful environment and a beautiful beach, making it a lovely place to relax and recharge. The breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were lovely and very kind. I truly love Meliá Maikhao Phuket. Thank you for giving me such an amazing and memorable experience. I will definitely come back and stay here again.”
