“Our stay at Meliá Phuket Mai Khao was truly exceptional. After a very long flight, we were warmly welcomed by Sareena at reception, who did everything possible to ensure we could relax as quickly as possible. Thanks to her efficient service, we were enjoying our private pool in less than an hour. We also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager, Luc, who greeted us with delicious Thai tea and refreshments. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The resort is beautifully designed, with elegant architecture, peaceful koi ponds, two fantastic swimming pools, a pristine beach, and excellent facilities. We especially loved the pool by the beach with direct access to the Gaia restaurant and bar. I also used the gym every day. It was spotless, well air-conditioned, and stocked with towels, drinking water, fresh fruit, and showers. The staff even arrived early every morning—despite heavy tropical rain—to prepare the gym before opening, which perfectly reflected their outstanding dedication and hospitality. The location is ideal, only 12 minutes from Phuket Airport, and convenient for exploring the island by car. Our only minor criticism is that the villas could benefit from better soundproofing. We had a noisy neighbour on our first night, but the hotel staff resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We highly recommend Meliá Phuket Mai Khao and look forward to returning 🫶🇹🇭🌺🏝️”

“We had an incredible one week stay at Melia Phuket Mai Khao and cannot recommend the resort highly enough. The location is superb and the expansive grounds are beautifully designed and maintained - a credit to the many staff who care for the lush gardens and walkways. Two choices of pool and two choices of restaurant were a treat and the buffet breakfast an absolute highlight of our day. All of the staff at the resort were friendly and attentive. We were particularly grateful for Luc who is so knowledgeable, and Nam (in Sasa restaurant) who is so professional; both were very welcoming in their respective roles. We made good use of the resort's gym and complimentary bikes as well as the included pilates and yoga sessions, taught by the experienced and accommodating Bow. I would summarise our experience as seamless and luxurious, and hope we can return one day.”

“My wife and I stayed at the media resort in Mai Khao Phuket for one night, The team here were incredibly warm and welcoming, The rooms are incredibly well equipped with full amenity, We love the quiet and peaceful nature of the resort it was like we were the only ones in the whole resort, The restaurants in the resort were also very good with great menus with lots of variety and lots of options for kids also, It will definitely be on our list when we plan to our next holiday with our children as they have beach access private pools and lots of activities for the family, I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the GM Nishant. Khun Tom and Luc who all greeted us on checking in and made us feel incredibly welcome”
