“พักมาหลายโรงแรมมากๆตั้งแต่โรงแรม5ดาว แต่โรงแรมนี้เป็นโรงแรมที่ชอบที่สุด ตั้งแต่การให้บริการของพนักงานที่จริงใจ , โรงแรมสวยมาก ขอให้พนักงานรักษามาตรฐานการบริการที่ดีขึ้นไป แล้วจะกลับไปพักด้วยอีก”

“루프탑 수영장과 타파스 바가 예술이다. 야경과 함께 예술 사진 찍는 것이 가능하다. 객실은 화장실 소음이 전도되어 그런 것에 민감한 사람들에게는 불편할 수 있다. 내가 머문 방에 에어컨 조절기가 고장 났는데 두번이나 불렀지만 최저 온도로 고정된 에어컨이 문제가 없다고 해서 춥지만 틀고 잤다. 에어컨 온도를 높이고 싶다니 조절기를 냅두고 천장의에 올라가 고정 온도를 좀 높여줌. 왜 에어컨 온도 조절기를 안 쓰는거지? 가장 이해가 안되는 건 바에서 양주를 마시고 이틀 동안 킵해 놓고 마시는데 어제 킵한 양주를 마시는데 얼음 값을 받아야 하니 물이라도 사야한대서 에비앙 사 마심. 내 평생 킵한 양주 마시는데 얼음값 달라고 하는 바는 처음 봄. 요즘 바들 트렌드인지는 모르겠는데 암튼 다니는 바마다 양주를 사 마시지만 킵해놓은 양주 얼음비 따로 받는다는 소리는 처음 들어 봄. 하루 더 마시려다 무리해서 그 날 다 마시느라 약간 늦게까지 마시니 나가는 손님 뒤통수에다 비아냥 거림. 태국어를 모른다고 생각했나봄. 그래도 모든 것을 상쇄할만큼 루프탑은 멋있고 바에서 일하는 직원들 유쾌하고 쾌활해서 술 마시고 나오기 전까지는 기분 좋았음.”

“English below Khách sạn ở gần ga On Nut, cách trung tâm Bangkok khoảng 20 phút. Nhìn chung vị trí khá thuận lợi. Về phần nhân viên, các bạn đều vui vẻ nhiệt tình từ lễ tân, bảo vệ cho đến bất kì nhân viên nào mình gặp trong khách sạn đều rất niềm nở. Về phần phòng ngủ thì có hơi chật chội, thiết kế phòng tắm và nhà vệ sinh cũng chật hẹp. Phòng mình có vấn đề về máy lạnh, không điều chỉnh được nhiệt độ, ban đêm ngủ lạnh cực kỳ, yêu cầu kiểm tra 2 3 lần tình hình vẫn y cũ, nhân viên nói không có vấn đề gì, cũng đêm cuối rồi nên mình mặc kệ luôn. Vì vậy mình không đánh giá cao về phòng ốc cho lắm. Nhưng pool bar ở tầng 34 và rooftop bar ở tầng 33 thì không chê vào đâu được. Không gian rất chill và nhìn được toàn cảnh về đêm của thành phố. Nhìn chung tạm tạm. Cơ sở vật chất của phòng ngủ khá tệ nhưng bù lại rooftop bar rất ok. Nhưng chắc mình sẽ không quay lại đâu!! … The hotel is near On Nut station, about 20 minutes from the center of Bangkok. The location is quite convenient. As for the staff, everyone from the receptionists to the security guards, and any staff I met in the hotel, were very friendly and enthusiastic. However, the room was a bit cramped, and the design of the bathroom and toilet was also tight. My room had an issue with the air conditioning, I couldn't adjust the temperature, and it was extremely cold at night. I requested a check 2~3 times, but the situation remained the same. The staff said there was no issue, and since it was the last night, I just let it go. Therefore, I don't rate the room very highly. However, the pool bar on the 34th floor and the rooftop bar on the 33rd floor were amazing. The atmosphere was very chill, and you could enjoy the full night view of the city. Overall, it was so-so. The room facilities were pretty bad, but the rooftop bar made up for it. But I don't think I'll comeback!!”

“Great hotel, good metro connection, pool and view are amazing. Somewhat outside of the center but that didnt bother us much. Rooms are great except the sink is in the middle of the room and no mirror to look at yourself while eg shaving/brushing teeth. Service was professional.”

“수영장 너무 좋아요! 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 룸도 깨끗했어요! 조식에 육류나 연어류는 없습니다. 오믈렛과 요거트 맛있었어요! 2박이 아쉬웠어요! 위치는 주요 관광지와 떨어져있지만 호캉스 하기에는 최고인거같아요! 바로 뒤에 마사지샵도 있고 만족했습니다!!!!!🤭”

“Wir hatten bisher ingesamt zwei super Aufenthalte in dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist super schön eingerichtet - das liebe ich ja so an den Melia Hotel ❤️- am liebsten würde ich immer die ganze Einrichtung mit nach Hause nehmen 😅 zudem das Personal mega freundlich und zuvorkommend und es ist überall sauber. Es gibt eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bar. Es ist so surreal in diesem Pool und ein wirklich schönes Erlebnis. Wer sich sportlich betätigen will es gibt auch ein Gym mit Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet angeboten und ist ein Mix aus asiatisch und europäisch ❤️ du kannst dir morgens am Buffet frisch Omelett, Spiegeleier, EggBenedict etc. zubereiten lassen. Wir hatten zwei super schöne Zimmer. Die Matratze war in unserem ersten Zimmer wirklich perfekt bei dem zweiten war sie uns etwas zu hart, naja das passiert den besten. Wir freuen uns wenn wir das nächste mal im Januar wiederkommen.”

“온누역 바로앞이고 호텔 바로앞에 편의점 대형마트 한국인사장마사지샵 다있음 위치좋고 가격좋고 시설좋고 룸좋고 들어갔는데 에어컨 틀어져있어서 좋고 풀장 좋고 직원서비스좋고 다들 친절 조식도 맛있음! 또 오게되면 다시올듯!”

“Great hotel, and good value for money. I stayed there just one night and it was not that far from the airport to fly back after my holidays. Probably not the best location if you want to visit the most popular malls and it is not by the river. It was super expensive to go to ICONSIAM by taxi and come back.”

“Wir hatten unseren Kurzaufenthalt im Innside by Melia in Bangkok und waren total begeistert. Das Hotel ist wahnsinnig gepflegt, modern, sauber, freundliches Personal, vielfältiges Frühstück mit gutem Service. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht man die Bahn. Ein Essensmarkt, sowie Supermarkt, Wechselstelle ist ebenfalls gleich vor Ort. Wir können das Hotel definitiv mit 5 Sternen weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt!”
