“Had a great stay staff OK some of them were rude food not everyone's cup of tea but OK room service was very good hotel management arrived on last day and breached there own health and safety policy as there is not ment to drink in glass by the pool as tokens are given for plastic cups so wot right dose it give him and the people who come with him to sit and drink out of a glass in an plastic cup area practice wot you preach plus he was very arrogant”

“We recently stayed at Sol Arona in Tenerife on an all-inclusive basis and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which set the tone for what proved to be a very enjoyable holiday. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and throughout our stay the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Both the cleaners and hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always happy to help with any requests. One of the biggest highlights was the food. As all-inclusive guests, we found the quality and variety to be well above our expectations. Every meal offered plenty of choice, and the standard of the food was excellent throughout our stay. The poolside drinks were also very good, with a decent selection available throughout the day. The poolside snacks were enjoyable, although this is one area where there is some room for improvement, particularly in terms of variety. That said, they were still of a good standard and certainly did not detract from our overall experience. If there was one other suggestion for improvement, it would be to add a few more umbrellas around the pool area, as shaded spots could be difficult to find during the busiest parts of the day. Overall, Sol Arona exceeded our expectations and provided excellent value for money. The friendly staff, high-quality food, and welcoming atmosphere made for a memorable holiday. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to others visiting Tenerife and would happily return in the future.”

“Great check in, easy, comfortable rooms with daily cleaning, bed and towel changes. Cold food on arrival waiting in our room(not my taste but a special touch) I’ve been here before and loved it but since the renovation, it’s very pretty and a lot has gone into it. Every day different activities to do around the pool, decorated our own tote bags and made glass necklaces!! It’s amazing. Only thing is it’s hard to get a subbed as people reserve them, go out and don’t use them when others can. Perfect hotel. Also forgot the day we checked out and the hotel staff were so lovely about everything(I was very stressed and looked a mess) and they really took care of me. Dinner was different everyday which made it easier for picky eaters like me, pasta everyday which was great! Will be coming back next year, sad they’ve gotten rid of their trinket shop in the basement but have an added a food shop in which is good. Great atmosphere, thank you for making my holiday special.”

“Acabamos de llegar del que ha sido el mejor viaje en pareja que he realizado con mi novia y la verdad que ha sido una experiencia completamente maravillosa de principio a fin, Para empezar nuestra estancia ha sido de 6 días en los que hemos recibido la mejor atención que podíamos desear en este hotel. Las instalaciones son una auténtica maravilla, desde el hall completamente renovado moderno y limpio, hasta las habitaciones que son amplias con salón, un televisor, nevera ,una cama muy amplia y sobre todo balcón con unas vistas maravillosas. El staff del hotel es un auténtico equipazo, el sábado fue el cumpleaños de mi novia y no solo tuvieron un detalle muy bonito con ella si no que estuvieron todo el tiempo pendientes de que se sintiera cómoda y de que no tuviera problemas con la comida ya que es celíaca. Hicimos muy buenas migas con todos, pero destacamos : A Fernando que nos recibió con una atención excelente y nos hizo sentir super cómodos, la alegría y el detalle que tuvo Pol el día del cumpleaños de mi novia, a Noemi que siempre nos recibía con con una sonrisa, a Yirko que estuvo en todo momento pendiente de nosotros y nos hizo sentir como en casa, a Maikel por su atención y predisposición para facilitarnos lo que nos hiciera falta, la cocinera del turno de noche que también estuvo muy muy pendiente de la celiaquía de mi novia, a Fernando en el minibar por las caipiriñas, a la cocinera del minibar por siempre recibirnos con una sonrisa, del equipo de animación, Xavi por tenernos siempre activos y con actividades en la piscina super chulas y a Laura por las manualidades tan interesantes y bonitas que hicimos con ella.
