“Exceptional Stay at Meliá Granada – Truly Exceeded Our Expectations Meliá Granada exceeded our expectations from check-in to check-out. From the moment we arrived, we felt that we were experiencing a true five-star level of hospitality. My husband is a Platinum member, so we had the privilege of using the separate check-in area on the 6th floor. The lovely young lady at reception was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. I’m sorry I didn’t take note of her name, but she made our arrival especially pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was The Level lounge on the 6th floor. The lounge is such a wonderful space to relax, with complimentary food and drinks throughout the day and, best of all, spectacular views of the Alhambra and Granada. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. Our Junior Suite was superb. It was beautifully clean, modern, spacious, and very thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated how well the space was divided. There was a separate living area with a TV that was converted into a comfortable bed for our children, while still giving us a separate sleeping area. There was also a dining table and a huge balcony overlooking the city. For a family, the layout worked exceptionally well and gave everyone plenty of space. The room was immaculate and had a very comfortable, contemporary feel. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the suite both stylish and practical. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of choices to start the day. Having breakfast with such beautiful surroundings made it even more enjoyable. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is right in the heart of Granada, making it very convenient for exploring the city, restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful family stay at Meliá Granada. From the warm and attentive staff, beautiful Junior Suite, excellent location, delicious breakfast, and incredible Level lounge with Alhambra views, everything came together to make our stay feel truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Meliá Granada, especially The Level experience. It exceeded our expectations in every way!”

“위치가 너무 좋음 바로 옆 까르푸 근처 구경하거나 밥 먹을만한 곳 많음 프론트 직원들 되게 친절함. 허니문이면서 생일도 겸이였는데 다음날 그라나다 빵?케이크? 작은 조각을 선물로 올려보내줬습니다. 이런 세심함 덕에 감동했습니다 저는 추천이요. 바닥도 카펫이 아니라 깔끔하고 먼지 안나서 좋았어요! 다만 화장실 문이 슬라이딩 도어라서 틈새로 빛이 새어 나오고, 소리는 감출 수 없더라고요 ㅎㅎ 아 그리고 드라이기가 바람이 쎄서 좋았어요 참고! 다시 그라나다에 온다면 투숙할 것 같습니다.”
