“Me encantó el hotel en general, me cogieron días de levante pero no me importó, gracias al equipo de actividades gente muy profesional y dinámica disfrute del funcional, yoga y pool biking con Alba, el aquadance con Alba, guti y Alberto que me hicieron bailar como hacía tiempo, Claudio y Mar (no se si eran los responsables) también me aconsejaron sobre las actividades, la comida espectacular y bien servida, aunque estaba lleno intentaron siempre ser rápidos y con buena disposición. “Conozco los hoteles Meliá desde hace muchos años, incluso antes de que existiera el programa de fidelización con American Express Meliá por puntos. Sin embargo, Para viajar en pareja, sinceramente, nunca he sido especialmente de grandes cadenas hoteleras. Siempre he tendido a elegir hoteles boutique, más pequeños, integrados con el entorno y con ese tipo de detalle cuidado que uno suele asociar a alojamientos más personales. En concreto estoy en el Hotel Meliá de Zahara de los atunes, donde no había venido desde hacía 18 años cuando mi niña era pequeña y el hotel tenía muchas actividades para niños. No existía el programa Meliá Amex. Desde entonces no es el primer hotel de la cadena Meliá que disfruto completamente gratis en unas habitaciones maravillosas donde muchas veces me han hecho un upgrade que es un auténtico regalo! Precisamente por eso quiero destacar aún más el mérito de Meliá. Gracias a la facilidad de su programa de puntos, y al hecho de poder disfrutar estancias de forma gratuita mediante la tarjeta, he acabado alojándome en hoteles que quizá no habría elegido inicialmente. Y la sorpresa ha sido muy positiva. He encontrado habitaciones espectaculares, un trato muy especial, un servicio excelente y una atención al detalle que, en muchos momentos, me ha recordado más a la experiencia de pequeños hoteles boutique que a la idea clásica de una gran cadena. Meliá ha conseguido convencerme de algo que no siempre resulta fácil: que un gran hotel también puede ofrecer cercanía, cuidado, buen gusto y una hospitalidad. El programa de puntos consigue que incluso en un hotel de cuatro estrellas la experiencia se eleve a un nivel de trato preferente y exclusivo —check-in ágil, privilegios Level y upgrades— más propio de establecimientos de categoría superior. Me parece una política comercial muy inteligente, porque permite que clientes que quizá buscaríamos otro tipo de alojamiento descubramos la calidad real de la marca. En mi caso, el programa de puntos me ha llevado a probar experiencias que no esperaba y que ahora valoro muchísimo. También quiero destacar la calidad gastronómica. En esta estancia he comido en el chiringuito de la playa y me ha parecido al nivel de los mejores chiringuitos de puerto pesquero: producto bueno, cocina auténtica y una experiencia muy agradable, algo que no siempre es habitual encontrar en la restauración de hotel. En conjunto, mi valoración es excelente. Meliá me ha sorprendido por su gestión, por su servicio, por su programa de fidelización y, sobre todo, por demostrar que una gran cadena también puede cuidar al cliente con el detalle y la sensibilidad de los mejores hoteles boutique. Meliá con con la facilidad que ofrece por su inteligente programa de puntos ha cambiado radicalmente mi percepción de los grandes hoteles . Gracias por esa atención maravillosa! Con ganas y curiosidad de seguir conociendo lugares maravillosos donde me siento como en casa.”
