“Being British we love a cuppa, so once we got over being mislead by the kettle being in our room but no t bags or coffee or milk add had set ourselves up with our own supplies, lol We had a fantastic time and already planning another visit? Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, special shoutout to Fatima who joined in our banter and got to n know our little foibles and remembered them. What a memory with so many guests! They seemed to have several roles that they managed seamlessly. Every single member of staff were friendly and helpful Food as expected, enough variety for everyone but did try a local restaurant for a change of palate. The pool area, small but lovely but the beach is just in front of the entrance to the hotel. Brilliant location for old and new town. Calmer than new town”

“Nuestra estancia en INNSiDE Costa Blanca ha sido maravillosa, pero, sin duda, lo que más nos ha impresionado ha sido la atención y el cariño de todo el personal. ❤️ Celebramos dos cumpleaños consecutivos durante nuestra estancia y, en ambas ocasiones, nos sorprendieron con una botella de prosecco y, además, nos cantaron el “Cumpleaños feliz” en español. 🎂🥂 Un detalle tan sencillo, pero hecho con tanto cariño, que nos hizo sentir realmente especiales. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Raul, a Ramon, a Fatima y a Lorena 💝 Todo el equipo ha sido encantador, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Son esos pequeños detalles los que hacen que una estancia pase de ser buena a convertirse en un recuerdo inolvidable.
