The property has a relaxing atmosphere, elegant surroundings, greenery, and a wonderful sense of Lao heritage. It feels like a place where you can slow down, enjoy the scenery, and truly disconnect from the busy world. 🇱🇦🌿✨ A few things could make the experience even better: more consistent Wi-Fi, faster housekeeping and guest service during busy periods, a little more variety at breakfast, and regular maintenance of room facilities and outdoor areas. Clearer information about transportation to the city center would also be helpful for international guests. Overall, this is a lovely property with a special character. The combination of Lao culture, nature, peaceful surroundings, and Meliá hospitality makes it a memorable stay. “Absolutely stunning property overlooking the Mekong. It really felt like stepping back in time and was such a peaceful, relaxing place to stay. The staff made it even more special. A big thank you to Milo and Souli for taking such great care of us at breakfast, Bird for arranging everything and making sure all our needs were met, Simon at reception, and Kam for driving us into town and to the airport. A beautiful hotel with wonderful people. We loved our stay!”
