“Nuestra estancia en The Grand Luang Prabang by Meliá ha sido una experiencia única gracias a su entorno histórico. Entendemos perfectamente que, al tratarse de un palacio antiguo con un valor arquitectónico tan especial, existen limitaciones para realizar ciertas remodelaciones modernas, lo cual le da ese encanto nostálgico de época. Lo que realmente hace brillar a este hotel es su equipo humano. Queremos agradecer de corazón a Lee y Bella, junto a todo el staff, por su trato impecable y su amabilidad constante. Se esfuerzan al máximo para que te sientas bienvenido en todo momento. Como sugerencia constructiva para mejorar la experiencia del huésped (especialmente en un entorno tan natural y cercano al río), creemos que sería muy positivo intensificar las labores de fumigación, ya que la presencia de mosquitos es muy alta y puede resultar algo incómoda. A pesar de los detalles propios de un edificio histórico, la calidez de Lee y Bella hace que la estancia valga la pena. ¡Gracias por vuestra hospitalidad!”

“We loved our 3 night stay at the Grand. We appreciated the location being 4km from the town centre. It was serene, quiet and it felt like we have been transported to the past where things move at a much slower pace. The hotel sits on 6 hectares of land at the bend of the Mekong River. The views of the river are magnificent. We loved the staff for their friendliness, attentiveness and genuine care during our stay. We would definitely come back to stay here again.”

“We had an absolutely magical evening at The Grand Luang Prabang 🥰 I had reserved a table facing the Mekong for a special moment with my partner, and everything was perfectly arranged from start to finish. The team was incredibly attentive, with great care and thoughtful touches throughout the evening. The table was beautifully decorated, creating a romantic and elegant atmosphere. We had pre-ordered two cocktails and a shared starter, and everything was delicious. The setting is simply exceptional, with a breathtaking view over the Mekong at sunset… a truly unforgettable moment. Thank you again to the whole team for this wonderful experience, we will definitely be back!”
