“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Agrippina Gran Meliá and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is fantastic! It’s perfectly situated to explore Rome while still feeling like a peaceful retreat from the city’s energy. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the hotel feel like a true home away from home. We’d especially like to thank Andrea at the concierge desk, whose recommendations and assistance were invaluable, and Dahlia at check-in, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. We also have to mention the toiletries and amenity kits which smelled absolutely incredible and added such a luxurious touch to the experience. This hotel played a huge part in making us fall in love with Rome. We left with amazing memories and can’t imagine staying anywhere else on our next visit. We look forward to coming back! Es un auténtico oasis de tranquilidad en pleno corazón de Roma, con una ubicación privilegiada que permite recorrer la ciudad y, al mismo tiempo, regresar a un entorno de paz y elegancia. Lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el equipo humano. La profesionalidad, la cercanía y la amabilidad de todos y cada uno de los empleados hacen que te sientas especial desde el primer minuto. Se percibe una auténtica vocación por cuidar cada detalle y anticiparse a las necesidades del huésped. Es un nivel de hospitalidad difícil de encontrar, incluso en hoteles de lujo. La habitación era preciosa, impecable y muy confortable. Además, nos sorprendieron con un detalle de bienvenida que hizo que la estancia comenzara de la mejor manera posible. Cada rincón del hotel transmite calidad, buen gusto y una atención exquisita. El desayuno es magnífico, con productos de gran calidad y un servicio impecable. Todo está pensado para que la experiencia sea memorable. “We stayed at Meliá Agripina and honestly it was a great experience from start to end. The room was very nice, big windows, comfortable bed, everything clean and well decorated. What really surprised us was the breakfast/welcome setup they prepared for us, fresh flowers, a beautiful board with cheese, cured meats, fresh bread, honey and fruits, all presented in a very elegant way. You can see the attention to detail in every small thing, from the napkins to the little jars of oil and salt. Staff were super friendly and attentive the whole stay, always ready to help with anything we needed. Definitely a place we would come back to and recommend to friends and family.”

“A true oasis which far exceeded our expectations. Rooms were both beautiful and spacious. Breakfasts were incredible! The pool was large and the perfect way to refresh after a days sightseeing. It was truly like living in a luxury resort! I can not speak more highly of the exceptional staff who go out of their way to make your stay a truly memorable one. Eleanora from the Concierge team made a dream boat charter to the Isle of Capri magically come to life. Thank you Eleanora you thought of everything!! Would not consider staying anywhere else!!!”
