We stayed in room 1410 for 3 nights, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the reception. The receptionist Geraldine assisted us, handled our check-in, provided all the necessary information, and even showed us the Red Level area. Our room, located on the 14th floor, was wonderful: extremely clean, cozy, and, to top it off, it had a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast, which is one of the most important parts of our stay, was excellent with plenty of variety: omelets, croissants, fruits, and much more. Although we had access to breakfast in the Red Level area, we preferred the main buffet because it offered a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a one-minute walk from the metro station that connects you to the entire city of Paris. Nearby, we also found a charming Christmas market, very local and authentic, featuring crepes, tartiflette, raclette, an ice skating rink, and various French products. When I checked into the Meliâ Hotel, Paris, Silvia was a great help to me! I had mistakenly left my passport and credit cards in the taxi (that had delivered me to the wrong hotel to begin with) and Silvia, did an incredible job trying to contact the taxi company, and calm me down at the same time. After checking in with my husband's information, she directed us to the local police station to report the missing passport and by the time we got there, she had contacted the police station to let them know that the taxi driver had found the passport and had brought it to the correct hotel and was waiting for me. She made a very stressful situation manageable and I really appreciate everything she did! A great start to our Paris trip! Thank you Silvia!!

Superbe expérience au Skyline. Très belle vue, très bonne ambiance à la fois festive et intimiste. Le service est vraiment incroyable, merci beaucoup à Kamel et Vincent qui étaient aux petits soins avec nous et qui nous permis de passer un excellent moment entre amis.
