“Très belle hôtel Mais il y a des points à améliorer pour un 5 étoiles Le ménage n’est pas top Les toilettes et la douche n’ont pas été nettoyé en 14 jours ! Elle tire simplement la chasse d’eau. Elle n’utilise aucun produit désinfectant elle essuie simplement la douche avec les serviettes de douche sale. La plage pour se baigner ne se trouve pas à côté de l’hôtel et les fauteuil se trouve loin de l’eau. La plage n’est pas propre déchet et mégots partout. Les poubelles des transats sont toujours pleines. Piscine très propre et lesjardins sont très bien entretenu Je recommande de passer par Johny pour les excursions qui se trouve vers le restaurant la Cabana il est génial gentil et ses excursions sont top ! Le buffet est bien il y a du choix et les restaurants sont super bon sauf la cabana on a pas trop aimé et on a été malade. Les chambres sont très spacieuse et bien équipé. Le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil et serviable. Le spa est très propre et les massages sont très bien réalisé je recommande. (Translated by Google) Very nice hotel. The beach isn't clean; there's trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The bins by the lounge chairs are always overflowing. The pool is very clean, and the gardens are very well maintained. I recommend booking excursions through Johny, who is located near the La Cabana restaurant. He's fantastic, friendly, and his excursions are great! The buffet is good, with a wide selection, and the restaurants are excellent, except for La Cabana. We didn't really like it and got sick. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. The spa is very clean, and the massages are very well done. I recommend it.”
