“It was recommend by the travel agent here in Portugal so didnt know what to expect! After reading the reviews on google I was getting worried concerned. I stayed for 1 week and to honest cant complain accept for the food buffet, the only thing worth eating was the breakfast the rest was very basic and blend food for a 5* star hotel. “Não compreendo sinceramente muitas das avaliações negativas sobre o Meliá Dunas Beach Resort & Spa. Tivemos uma experiência excelente do início ao fim. O hotel é bonito, organizado e muito bem cuidado. Todos os dias o nosso quarto era limpo impecavelmente e as toalhas trocadas. O staff foi sempre simpático, educado e profissional, mesmo trabalhando muitas horas diariamente para garantir que todos os hóspedes tenham umas férias confortáveis e felizes. Acho importante que muitos hóspedes valorizem mais isso, porque sem o esforço e dedicação destas pessoas nada funcionaria da forma como funciona. A comida do buffet era variada e saborosa, ao ponto de nem sentirmos necessidade de experimentar os outros restaurantes. A animação também foi excelente e criou um ambiente muito agradável durante toda a estadia. O nosso quarto ficava um pouco mais afastado da praia, mas em cerca de 10 minutos chegávamos lá tranquilamente, algo completamente normal num resort deste tamanho e que, na nossa opinião, não é motivo para críticas exageradas. Saímos muito satisfeitos e sem dúvida iremos voltar. Obrigada a todo o staff pelo trabalho e dedicação diária ❤️”查看更多评论
