“We spent the first few days of September at the hotel. Everything was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the bed is large and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the view is magnificent, too! Special thanks for accommodating my birthday request; we received a wonderful room (507❤️) that looked out onto both the square and the sea. I would happily sit on that terrace every evening and watch the bustle of the city. It isn't noisy, though, because the windows are very well soundproofed. And the air conditioning does its job perfectly. Congratulations—keep up the great work! ❤️”

“The location is great, there is a bus stop nearby and the beach is just across the street. The breakfast is buffet, the dinner you select from a menu. You can check the menu available at August 2026 on the picture. The Mqaret with Gelato was a good option. I also chose the burger on most days, it had double beef. The rooms are new, as the hotel itself is new. The Wifi was working as should. We were mainly looking for a hotel in Malta with a beach in walking distance and half-board menu, and surprisingly, there were very few of them. We ended up paying around 90€/night, including city tax, which isn't cheap, but the others were even more expensive and/or worse location. I don't regret choosing this hotel though! However, there are a few improvements they could make! I hope the owners read this. First off, we ended up arriving late and I had to phone them to confirm the availability of the restaurant hours, as they did not reply to my email. Turns out the dinner is open until 23:00 and the breakfast is open until 11:00. This is very great! Most hotels close up the restaurant at around 10:00 and and 21:30. But this info could not be found on the website! Please put it there, I think it makes the hotel more attractive for guests. As for the dinner, most other hotels we were at with half-board were buffets. Here, you had to order a from a menu. However, the menu itself is misleading in quite a few places. It is missing some info, like side dishes for the grilled chicken/lamb salad, the spicy pizza being actually mild (that was good for me), and that the gelato was 2 scoops, while the Mqaret is only 1, but the Mqaret itself is 2, which was also good. Long story short, they have a QR code available, and at this age, they really should just have a photo available for each selection! It would clear up most confusion, and for picky people, it could help a lot. In addition, we had to wait a lot of time each time we went to eat before the food arrived. It could also be a very great improvement if you could order your food like 15-20 minutes before and end up waiting less. Combine this with the QR code and pictures! Would be a great improvement. The elevators were very strange. Most hotels I have been at or even just buildings, you have 1 console for multiple elevators. The system then gets you 1 elevator, using optimization. Here, however, there were 2 consoles. The direction which the elevators were going didn't make sense always, one of the consoles even had only 1 directional button, and all of it ended up forcing us to call both elevators each time, and I saw others doing this as well. This then made the problem worse for the other guests, so the problem keeps getting worse. Please consider a single panel! The water pressure in the shower was also somewhat lackluster. I don't want to pressure wash myself, but it could be increased, as water was flowing at a slow rate. The balcony door also was weird to close, you had to do it very gently, otherwise, it was going to get stuck. The handle also didn't make sense, as in one of the three states, it did not do anything different.”

“Visiting from New Zealand, we were recommended by one of our friends. Fantastic accomodation. Stayed for two days over the weekend and found the staff very hospitable, very clean and tidy. They looked after us well, including supporting us with our infant. Highly recommend. Will book again when around this area. Keep it up Team!!”

“Ein ausgesprochen freundliches Team ist hier sehr bemüht an der Sache. Mit dem Team meine ich alle (Küche, Kellner, Reinigung, ServiceDesk, Leitung), ja alle. Auch die Speisen sowohl am Abend als auch in der Früh muss ich hier speziell loben. Alles in Allem ist das Hotel Innside by Melia Bugibba eine absolute Empfehlung. Wenn ich hier nur irgendwie etwas finden möchte, dann wäre das der Meerblick, der ist hier leider nur ein seitlicher Meerblick. Aber auch dieser Umstand trübte meine Urlaub in keinester Weise. An exceptionally friendly team is working diligently here. By team, I mean everyone (kitchen, waiters, cleaning staff, service desk, management) – yes, everyone. I must also give special praise to the food, both in the evening and in the morning. All in all, the Innside by Melia Bugibba hotel comes highly recommended. If I had to find one thing to criticize, it would be the sea view, which is unfortunately only a partial sea view. But even this didn't detract from my holiday in the slightest.”
