“Lovely clean hotel. Only trouble is you wait for ages for a lift. Great location. Lovely views from the 11th floor. Our room was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. Staff are lovely. Food was nice and fresh. Didn't see any of the evening entertainment as we went out each night for a walk.”
“Good hotel we enjoyed our weeks stay here, location relly good lots of restaurants and bars near, a walk across the beach your in Magaluf centre we went in the day as it gets very lively in the night as it comes alive @ 10ish. As for the hotel food ok good entertainment in the evening not a lot to do in the day. Rooms clean and staff very helpful at the reception all in all we would go back and visit again.”

“Klasičan hotel Mas turizma. Prednost - u mirnom delu Magalufa, blizu plaže, raznovrsna i ukusna hrana, ljubazno i profesionalno osoblje. Soba se na zahtev čisti svaki dan. Mana - tanki zidovi i loša izolacija između soba. Bukvalno čuješ kad komšije pričaju.”

“Al comienzo sentía miedo del lugar, ya que se encuentra un mix de comentarios en las redes sobre el hotel. Seré muy honesta en esta revisión.
Pros:
1. Si te gusta la playa, es un plus. Literalmente queda a 2 minutos del hotel y es una playa muy tranquila y bonita para los más pequeños.
2. Su piscina es bastante agradable para todos. Yo reviví viejos tiempos con los toboganes... pequeños pero muy divertidos de verdad. Para los más pequeños también ha sido agradable.
3. El "todo incluido" es un pro, ya que con lo caro que está Mallorca y si estás corto de presupuesto, la verdad es que tiene variedad. No está mal. Siempre se encontrará algo que te guste.
4. Las habitaciones en general son tipo estándar en cuanto a espacio.
Contras:
1. Los cócteles del "todo incluido" son malos, como en todo tipo de "todo incluido". Tienen esas máquinas que los preparan, pero es feo. Sale mejor solo cerveza o licores como ron, ginebra o vodka.
2. Las paredes de las habitaciones. Se escucha todo. Gracias a Dios, los vecinos de las habitaciones eran super decentes y sin contratiempos.
3. Lo típico en los demás comentarios que he visto. En horas pico (9 a.m., 1 p.m., 6 p.m., 9:30 p.m.) tomar el ascensor se vuelve una odisea... y a veces preferimos subir o bajar por las escaleras.
En general, por el valor pagado nos pareció un hotel agradable, la gente en general muy servicial. Lo recomendaría para familias, sí.
