Together with Luis Martín, Jorge Peñate leads the Dos Naifes - Corte Atlántico dining project at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora. After more than eight years of work together, the two have established themselves as experts in Atlantic cuisine in the Canary Islands with their first Repsol Sol for Dos Naifes - Corte Atlántico. The award recognizes their career as one of the most unique in Spain.
