“Vinimos de vacaciones unos días y la verdad que los apartamentos estaban muy bien. Limpios, ordenados, acogedores. La nevera no cerraba bien era el único inconveniente y por ello no enfriaba bien, pero de resto todo genial. En la zona de buffet, la atención de las camareras fue muy agradable, fueron simpáticas y nos sentimos como en casa con ellas. Susa, Maite y Judith fueron las que nos atendieron en toda la estancia. La comida muy buena, sólo que la temática era siempre italiano y nos quedamos con ganas de probar otras diferentes, pero de resto todo genial, no nos quejamos. “Valoro un hotel en tres aspectos: el entorno en el que se encuentra, las instalaciones y la calidad humana del personal. No me había hospedado en el Meliá La Palma después de su reforma, y la verdad ha sido una sorpresa muy satisfactoria. En El sitio en el que está, es espectacular, las instalaciones cuidadas, cómodos y limpias; y la guinda del pastel, el personal que trabaja Irradia amabilidad, simpatía, cuidado y buen servicio. Gracias por todo y lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.”

“Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas, pero sin duda una de las personas que más ha contribuido a que fueran tan especiales ha sido Marcos, del equipo de animación. Su simpatía, energía y dedicación han hecho que cada día estuviera lleno de diversión y buenos momentos. Siempre atento, cercano y con una sonrisa, consiguió que tanto adultos como niños disfrutáramos al máximo de todas las actividades.
