“El Holiday Village es un hotel excelente, especialmente por la calidad y variedad de sus instalaciones. El bufé ofrece una amplia selección de platos, bien preparados y para todos los gustos. Además, el **parque acuático** es una opción fantástica para disfrutar en familia con los niños y pasar momentos muy divertidos. También quiero destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todos los trabajadores, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Mención especial merece **Ramón, camarero de barra**, quien tuvo conmigo un detalle que no olvidaré: su amabilidad y el gran favor que me hizo demostraron una atención cercana y excepcional. “El personal de animacion es genial, en especial Fran, Diego y Violeta que fue con los que mas coincidimos, mi hijo se lo paso genial con ellos. Mencion tambien para Sara, del personal de limpieza, que se porto genial con nosotros y super amable. En general el personal del hotel es muy amable. La parte negativa, es que a pesar de que el beach club esta abierto, el buffet esta cerrado, por lo que si quieres comer te tienes que ir al hotel y luego volver, una faena. Y al beach club le hace falta un poco de cariño, hay muchas partes que les hace falta algo de mantenimiento por que esta deteriorado del tiempo y uso. Pero en lineas generales muy satisfechos con la experiencia.”

“Acabamos de terminar nuestras vacaciones en el hotel. Nos lo hemos pasado muy bien. Si fuera por los monitores [Diego, Violeta y Fran], sería un 5 estrellas, destacando la implicación de los 3 con mi hijo y con el resto de los niños. Con respecto a la limpieza, también sería un 5 estrellas por Sara, la chica que nos limpió la habitación destacando la limpieza y lo amable que fue en todo momento con nosotros. El buffet esta bien con mucha comida y muy variada para todos los gustos y los miembros del mismo muy bien también. Punto negativo para los socorristas, que se ponen a cerrar la piscina 1h invitándonos a irnos de la misma. En recepción deberían de avisar que existe un club en el hotel destinado a extranjeros con actividades para sus hijos y que previamente esta pagado por ellos. Son los monitores de las camisetas moradas, que sólo hablan en inglés. Lo digo porque el día que llovió fue una locura y no nos enterabamos de nada. Destacar que estos monitores, a pesar del idioma, eran muy majos e intentaban comunicarse con nosotros todo el rato. Punto negativo para el parque acuático con el buffet cerrado sin previo aviso y sin entender el por qué. La piscina esta muy bien con muchas hamacas disponibles para ponerse y no tener que "pelearse". Deberian de reformar los baños, debido al olor asqueroso que había en los mismos por las mañanas y una visitante peculiar que tuvimos el último día.”查看更多评论
