Best CDG customer service. Always stayed at the IBIS and always had a lack luster service. The front desk agaent Marie-Oceane was the most helpful over the phone. She provided me with accurate information and was the most pleasant when I was on site. The bar staff was amazing. Chepu, was the most caring and welcoming person. Overall this hotel's staff is a breath of fresh air in the French Capital. Highly recommend 👌
