“Hoje tive uma experiência excelente no restaurante do São Paulo Tatuapé Affiliated by Meliá. Fui almoçar no hotel e fiquei impressionada não apenas com a qualidade da gastronomia e do atendimento, mas também com a beleza e sofisticação do ambiente. O espaço é extremamente elegante, moderno, silencioso e acolhedor, com uma decoração muito bem pensada, móveis de excelente qualidade e ambientes amplos e confortáveis. O hotel oferece áreas internas e externas muito agradáveis, além de espaços perfeitos tanto para reuniões e encontros profissionais quanto para quem deseja passar algumas horas trabalhando ou estudando com conforto. Há ambientes com mesas amplas, assentos confortáveis e até espaços altos com tomadas disponíveis para uso de computador, tudo integrado de forma muito funcional e sofisticada. O grande destaque do atendimento foi o Davi, extremamente educado, atencioso, discreto e muito profissional. Desde o início do atendimento demonstrou gentileza, cordialidade e uma postura impecável, tornando toda a experiência ainda mais agradável. Inclusive, detalhe curioso: ele lembra muito o ator James Franco. Sobre a gastronomia: Pedi uma picanha extremamente bem servida, alta, macia e muito saborosa, acompanhada de salada e batatas. A carne veio no ponto ideal, com uma gordura maravilhosa e preparo cuidadoso, inclusive feita de forma que o centro não ficasse com sangue. O toque final com alho-poró por cima deixou o prato ainda mais especial. A salada estava muito fresca, limpa e saborosa, com um molho simplesmente maravilhoso. Também pedi filé à parmegiana, um dos melhores que já experimentei em São Paulo. A carne estava macia, muito bem preparada, e o molho de tomate tinha sabor de molho artesanal de verdade, lembrando a culinária italiana tradicional. Outro destaque foi a batata com cheddar e bacon, extremamente saborosa, bem servida e preparada no ponto certo. Dá para perceber o cuidado da cozinha tanto na qualidade dos ingredientes quanto na apresentação dos pratos. Além de toda a experiência, os valores são muito justos pela qualidade entregue. “Hotel muito bom. Apenas uma observação: As tvs ficam na parede do lado da cama. Deveriam ficar na parede em frente à cama. Na parede em frente à cama há um quadro. Fiquei em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Não sei se é assim tambem em quartos com cama de casal.”查看更多评论
