My mother and I had Manish as our server down in the lobby in the hotel for dessert. He was attentive and quick to address a problem I had with my dessert. Thank you so much Manish you were great!!

We have stayed at the Melia White House on a Number of occasions. However, this time it was very disappointing. The moment we arrived and had very large luggage, there was nobody to help us. We booked a junior suite, but got a room that we didn’t like twice as they did not know the different shapes of the rooms as we did. Unfortunately, the reception knew the room sizes and styles not as well as we did having stayed in the hotel several times. the corridors to the rooms were filthy dirty. The soap in the room shower did not work. There were no tissues in the room and we had to ask for them. The breakfast is always very good, but unfortunately there was no HP sauce for my breakfast – a small thing but important to me. In the room, one of the lights was flashing, as it was not properly maintained. Overall, a disappointing stay as we are great fans, generally of Meliá and have just stayed in there five star hotel in Menorca and the ME London which were both very good. Something is not right with management of this hotel compared to the other hotels in the Meliá network.
