“Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Münchner City Center zu übernachten und kann nur Positives berichten. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern und den öffentlichen Bereichen war ausgezeichnet. Man merkt, dass hier großen Wert auf Hygiene und Ordnung gelegt wird, was das Wohlbefinden der Gäste deutlich steigert. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und sorgte stets dafür, dass alles sauber und ordentlich blieb. Ihr Engagement und ihre Freundlichkeit trugen maßgeblich zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend.Die Auswahl war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Von frischem Obst über verschiedene Brotsorten bis hin zu warmen Speisen war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel war hoch, und alles wurde stets frisch nachgelegt. Insgesamt kann ich das City Center wärmstens empfehlen, insbesondere für Reisende, die Wert auf Sauberkeit, ein freundliches Personal und ein gutes Frühstück legen.”

“Sin duda alguna un hotel funcional con muy buena relación calidad precio.El tamaño de las habitaciones y baños un poco justos pero se compensa con todo lo demás. El desayuno es variado.Cuenta con un restaurante ( muy bueno y variado para cenar)atendido por un italiano (manager) que es todo un profesional!!! Estuvo súper atento y amable con nosotros...da gusto tratar con gente así, te hacen sentir como en casa.Ademas el hotel tiene un bar de copas que va muy bien si te salen dias muy fríos.Lo recomiendo 100%”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was nice and clean, with a fantastic location right in the city center—close to the main station and within walking distance of the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and bus lines. One of the standout features was the attention given to our dog. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a dog bed and water bowl waiting in our room. This thoughtful touch made us feel very welcome as pet owners. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. We enjoyed the variety of options every morning and appreciated the quality of the food. A special thanks to Simone and the Italian girl who served us at breakfast. They were incredibly kind and attentive, consistently making sure we had everything we needed—even when we were seated outside the restaurant due to our dog. Their hospitality made our mornings so much brighter. Unfortunately, not all staff matched this level of kindness. We had a less pleasant experience with an Asian woman at the bar, whose attitude felt dismissive. Additionally, being seated outside the restaurant for breakfast sometimes meant we were forgotten by the servers. However, the Italian girl’s attentiveness and proactive approach—bringing us coffee and utensils as soon as we arrived—more than made up for this. The complimentary drinks were a nice perk, and overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment. Despite a few minor setbacks, we would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, pet-friendliness, and central location.”

“Abbiamo alloggiato per la notte di Capodanno ed era la prima volta qui a Monaco. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, un ringraziamento speciale a Simone che ci ha accolto all’interno del bar dopo il check-in e la camera era veramente ben arredata spaziosa e la posizione davvero pratica ( arrivavamo dalla stazione con il treno) Torneremo non appena ne avremo l’occasione”

“Tolle Lage in der Innenstadt, nur ca.700 Meter vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Zur Theresienwiese ebenfalls ca.700 Meter. Zimmer sehr sauber und trotz Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig.”

“Hotel muy recomendable! Bien ubicado (15 minutos andando al centro y 5 minutos de la estación central de trenes). Personal muy amable, sobretodo en recepción. A nuestra llegada nos recibió María Chiara (hablaba español, lo cual lo agradecimos mucho). Habitaciones renovadas y súper correctas. Si volvemos a Munich repetiremos, desayuno completo y personal súper agradable! Lo recomiendo!”

“Very nice - modern, spotless, comfortable, quiet room. Walking distance from the train station and also to Marienplatz. We got a good price on the hotel website that included breakfast (which was delicious, varied and plentiful), welcome drink and a bottle of water. The staff was very nice. The room was a bit small but not really by European standards. I will say, like others mentioned, the shower floor is slippery! Good water pressure though. All in all a very nice experience in this renovated hotel.”
