“We had an amazing stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen and could not be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the resort exceeded our expectations in every way. A special thank you goes to our Family Concierge, Nestor H., who truly made our vacation unforgettable. Nestor ensured that all of our needs were met throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make our children feel special with thoughtful surprises waiting in our room. He also handled our restaurant reservations, which made the trip so much more relaxing and allowed me to focus on enjoying time with my family rather than worrying about planning details. Choosing the Family Concierge option was absolutely the best decision we made. We would also like to recognize the bartenders, Roderi and Lorenzo, who were both amazing. Their friendly personalities, excellent service, and delicious drinks added so much to our experience. The food was excellent, our room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was perfect for a family vacation. The entire staff made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We highly recommend Paradisus Playa del Carmen and look forward to returning in the future. “If you have kids and are looking for a solid all-inclusive resort at a good price, I would recommend the Paradisus Playa del Carmen. We stayed here for a week with our kids end of May (2 & 4yo). We had a friend‘s wedding one night. We usually stay in Cancun, but the wedding was in Playa. There was endless entertainment for the kids, which we were very happy about. The Aqua zone, the kids club (can leave your kids and go to lunch or dinner), the shows every night, daily activities, & babysitting services. They go above and beyond for families. The food at the restaurants was very good for all-inclusive. There were two downsides we encountered. First, the seaweed on the beach, makes it completely unattainable. I know that’s out of the hotels’ control - and they were constantly trying to clean it up. But you can’t even sit on the beach or go in the water. It’s literally mountains of seaweed. We have been to Cancun many times and had never experienced this before. The other, is before we got there we paid for the family concierge. We were very happy with the lounge, restaurant and pool for the family concierge people only. But for the first two days, we didn’t get any service or get our reservations made for the restaurants. They did rectify it as the trip went on. And I would still say the family concierge is worth the extra money (wait until after you book and then they give you a lower rate offer). I would just be very on top of them as you check in and not expect them to reach out to you initially. Since we’ve accrued some points we’re going to try the Paradisus Cancun next. They said it was recently renovated. The Playa location could use a touch up. But the rooms are very clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. They did housekeeping twice a day, which was actually a very nice touch, especially with two young kids.”

“We had a wonderful week at Paradisus in Playa del Carmen. Our Concierge Cynthia was beyond excellent. She took great care of us and made a fun game of teaching our kids Spanish. The restaurants are excellent and we especially enjoyed the tacos at Blue Agave. Carlos Roberto made our meal memorable with great service and stories and descriptions of the delicious tacos. We loved all the pools and fun activities. What a great vacation!”

“Food was great, lots to choose from and great combinations. Server Carlos Arroniz was more than helpful. A member of our family is celiac (gluten free by design), he took special time and care to prevent cross contamination and to inform her of gluten free options. Carlos Arroniz was very pleasant and upbeat. People like Carlos will be the reason we choose this resort again.”
