Hands down, one of the best AI we have ever experienced!!!  We were celebrating my parents 45th wedding anniversary and my daughter’s birthday.  The food, the service, the accommodations etc., all exceeded our expectations.  The employees work so hard and are extremely kind, attentive and always readily available.  The food at the al a carte we’re fantastic, Flora is definitely a MUST!!!  The buffet was typical, but they had a lot of variety.  One of the servers even decorated a cabana and had a cake and a bottle of Champagne to surprise my parents for their 45th wedding anniversary! We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Laura from the Celsius Pool Bar and Victor from the Beach.  ALL of the employees work hard, and to be in the sun all day on your feet is hard enough.  But remembering people’s preferences, names, making notes of details in conversations and going above and beyond is something else and they make it look so easy.  Laura and Victor felt like part of our family, to see their faces made our hearts light up every day! Laura surprised us with a decorated cabana, cake and a bottle of champagne to celebrate my parents anniversary, we were blown away by her thoughtfulness and kindness.  Victor always went out of his way to make sure and find us a comfortable spot and always checked in on us.  This resort exceeded our expectations and we would go back in a heartbeat!

This resort is a gem! We stayed at the adults only side (La Perla) and the entire experience was outstanding. The resort is beautiful with a high-end luxury feel to it and maintained a 5 star rating throughout for us - the look & vibe in every space and corner, the rooms, the service & staff, the food in every restaurant, and the huts on the beach were all outstanding! If I had one suggestion for improvement to make it would be to add some straw umbrellas to keep with the theme or plant palm trees on the beach with additional sun-beds as they were limited. And finally, while all the staff throughout the resort were very professional and truly served with a smile, a few that left a memorable impression were: Adelaida (Housekeeping), Alejandra (Front desk), Carlos and Manuel (Traditional Mexican), Francisco (Lemon Fish), Ricardo (Lemon Fish), Victor (La Flora and Blue Agave), Guadalupe (Fahrenheit) and the main lady at the ice cream shop. Thank you Paradisus La Perla for an amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Just got back. Stayed for a week, with family and friends! I definitely recommend this resort to every one of all ages. They even have an adults only side. All around, great staff, great entertainment, clean rooms, great restaurants, definitely reserve the teppanyaki as soon as you check in! It gets booked solid weekly.

Haciendo honor a su nombre, estuvimos 10 días en el paraíso!! Mi más sincera enhorabuena, compañeros, sois muy grandes. Las instalaciones y servicios son increíbles y pensadas al detalle para cada huésped en cada momento.Restaurantes exquisitos y bares geniales. El coffee corner 24hrs todo un acierto! La animación súper divertida y bien pensada para cada ocasión, si llovía, rápidamente tenían un programa alternativo y al mal tiempo buena cara! No podría decir nada negativo, gracias por una estancia inolvidable, de verdad. Importante destacar la calidad y vocación de servicio de todos y cada uno de los miembros de cada departamento, mil gracias por el mimo y la sonrisa siempre. Especial mención a Yusmara de The Reserve, es una genia! Y como no, a Sidharta, de atención al cliente, porque lo suyo es de otro nivel... Un grandísimo profesional, natural y cercano, que nos cuidó tanto y nos hizo sentir tan bien, que sin duda mejoró nuestra experiencia al 1000%. Compañero, te debo una!
