Stayed for 4 nights in January (off season). It's a beautiful resort. Large enough that it will take you a day or two to get your bearings. The staff is amazingly friendly and there is a good mix of day and night activities to fill any time you don't want to spend on the beach or the pool. We had a few minor issues, but every one was resolved relatively quickly and to our satisfaction by the staff. Most of the staff speaks excellent English, but knowing a few Spanish phrases feels nice. It was a wonderfully relaxing vacation and I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. A few recommendations, while you can book extra activities and upgrades at booking, there isn't a huge advantage to doing it before you get here. Better to wait. Our favorite foods were the morning breakfast buffet and the Italian restaurant, capella. Would 100% go to again.

The hotel offers a very clean and friendly environment with an excellent restaurants serving delicious food and drinks. I stayed in the adult section, which was peaceful and relaxing—a perfect choice for those seeking tranquility. While it may not be ideal for those looking for midnight parties and dancing, it’s a fantastic option for those who prefer a beautiful, clean setting with happy and polite guests. Highly recommended for a more serene and enjoyable experience. Clean rooms and pools . You can see El Coati as well !
