“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service at Buffet Hadar! I would like to give a very special mention to Shaira and Carlos at Buffet Hadar. What an absolutely wonderful pair! From their warm smiles and friendly personalities to their outstanding service, they genuinely made our dining experience so enjoyable. They were always welcoming, attentive, professional and incredibly kind. It's often the little things that make a holiday special, and these two certainly went above and beyond to make us feel valued and well looked after. Their positive energy and genuine hospitality really stood out. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they always made us feel welcome. The hotel should be extremely proud to have Shaira and Carlos representing them. They are a true credit to Buffet Hadar and an excellent example of what fantastic customer service should look like. Thank you both for your kindness, your lovely smiles and for helping make our holiday that little bit more special! ❤️ Five stars simply aren't enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Nuestra estancia estuvo increíble, la pasamos muy bien. Mi agradecimiento principalmente para el área del bar de la alberca de la Perla Sebastián, Jorge, René y Abisail, que todo el tiempo nos trataron con mucho respeto y nos hicieron sentir en casa. La comida de los restaurantes en general muy rica (excepto Flora)”

“My partner and I greatly enjoyed our 1 week stay here. Food and beverages were excellent all around but the service was what really stood out, especially from Ismael and Sandy. They made sure our time here was truly unparalleled”
