“Estuvimos en La Perla por 4 días y 3 noches en un viaje familiar con mi esposa, mi suegra y mi cuñada y nuestra opinión general del hotel y el personal es excelente. Desde que hicimos el check in el personal fue muy atento con todos nosotros hasta entregarnos la habitación, estuvimos en una Junior Suite que nos sorprendió bastante ya que contaba con jacuzzi en interior y en el balcón lo que fue un plus excelente. Disfrutamos de 4 de los restaurantes pero las palmas se las llevó el restaurante “Hadar” y el servicio de Sandy e Ismael cada día que nos recibieron con la misma energía. El servicio de Oscar en la alberca fue impecable y siempre muy atento y para finalizar nuestro check out excelente con Christopher. Sin duda alguna volveremos y recomendaremos. “My husband and I had an excellent stay at Paradisus La Perla. The entire resort feels luxurious, and is clean and modern. We chose to upgrade to the Reserve and are so thankful we did. The regular amenities were great too, but the service and amenities through Reserve were unparalleled. Our concierge, Eduardo, was so attentive and helpful for our entire trip. He arranged our transportation to and from the hotel, booked our activities, took care of dinner reservations, answered our questions, and sent us a list of all resort activities every single morning. The Reserve also has it's own pool and pool bar, which we spent hours at each day. Alfredo took amazing care of us by keeping the drinks flowing and making sure we we had everything we needed. He was one of our favorite parts of the trip! Every single resort worker we encountered on this trip was wonderful and truly enabled us to unwind and relax on our vacation. “Increíble fin de semana en pareja, staff muy amable y agradable. Nuestra mesera en Sante Ariadna y Yusmara en la alberca The Reserve estuvieron al pendientes en todo momento, Humberto en el restaurante Sal muy atento y agradecemos el detalle al finalizar la cena y sobretodo a la gerente Astrid quien estuvo al pendiente de nosotros sin duda regresaremos.
