Meliá Koh Samui

Unser Aufenthalt im Meliá Koh Samui war von Anfang bis Ende absolut großartig. Das gesamte Team hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität aller Mitarbeitenden hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.Ein besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir an Runi richten. Ihre herzliche Art, Hilfsbereitschaft und ihr Engagement haben uns wirklich beeindruckt. Sie hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und war bei jeder Frage sofort zur Stelle. Dank ihr und dem gesamten Team hatten wir das Gefühl, mehr Freunde als Gäste zu sein.Die Anlage selbst ist traumhaft schön, sehr gep0egt und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Auch mit unserem Zimmer, dem Service und den Annehmlichkeiten waren wir voll und ganz zufrieden.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Meliá Koh Samui absolut weiterempfehlen!

A lovely hotel in an excellent and peaceful location. It’s situated on a beautiful beach, yet still conveniently connected and not isolated. The hotel is quite large, which is its only downside as it takes away from a more “boutique” feel. That said, the dining room is excellent, the staff is very pleasant and polite, and there is plenty of space to relax. There aren’t enough activities for children, and the hotel restaurant is excessively expensive.

Alles war super! Die Zimmer waren total ordentlich und immer sauber. Das Personal ist außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und immer frisch. Die Athmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und man hat immer ein Platz am Pool und Strand gefunden. Die Lage ist echt super und der Strand ist wie aus nem Bilderbuch. Um das Hotel herum am Strand gibt’s auch reichlich Restaurants mit Livemusik und Feuershows. Vor allem der Pool, der ganz ums Hotel geht es super schön. Dort ist es super schön und auch nie voll es macht einfach super Spaß da zu schwimmen und sich alles anzuschauen. Kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Хороший в целом отель, но не без недостатков. Современные, комфортные номера, но не сильно просторные, видимо, учитывается площадь террасы. Нам сильно не хватало полок для одежды. Завтрак хороший, но лосось за неделю подавали всего один раз, а дополнительно ничего заказывать нельзя. Пляж нам не очень понравился. Он публичный и довольно узкий, шезлонги близко друг к другу, водные мотоциклы ездят чуть ли не по головам. И иногда начинают беситься собаки, что совсем неприятно, если у вас дети. Ну а пляж это пожалуй главное в Тайланде

We stayed at Melia Koh Samui for 10 Nights to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. The hotel is lovely, really lovely and location is perfect with access to a reasonably quiet beach with some lovely places to eat all close by. The service from the staff was excellent and a standout was Baw who looked after us so well whilst around the pool and beach areas. It is not often you find someone with such a friendly and caring nature who was genuinely interested in ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for him and you could tell he was proud to work at Melia. The food was excellent and we found the prices quite reasonable for a 5 star hotel so would not complaint about anything during our stay. One element that was not up to the rest of the high standards were the rooms above where we could hear everything that one family upto. Not the hotels fault but their kids were running around the room from early in the morning and until late in the evening and why people have to drag chairs around the room continuously is a mystery to us but again, this is not the fault of the hotel or the staff. All in all we would highly recommend a stay with Melia Koh Samui, one of the best hotels we have stayed in for location, service and facilities.
